This tut was written March 23rd, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU Scrap Garden Girl to match by Lil Mz's Brainstorms HERE
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right.
Paste element 31 on the left.
Paste element 71 under the tube layer to one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Paste element 87 on the left above the other grass.
Paste the GG element (tree) on the mask layer on one side, duplicate, mirror,
adjust later to fit better.
Paste element 3 below the well on the left, duplicate, mirror, adjust both
how you like then merge them together, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 4, paste paper 9, move up to get more of the pattern showing,
invert, delete, select none, move below the frames.
Resize element 34 to 75%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste on the left by the well.
Resize element 21 to 30%, mirror, paste below the tube on the right by the
leg of the chair, duplicate, mirror, move back by the shoe of the tube.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste on the left on the grass.
Resize element 46 to 45%, paste behind the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move below the grass layers.
Resize element 48 to 25%, paste on the upper right.
Resize element 58 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the bucket, duplicate, mirror,
move back to the left and behind the bucket.
Paste element 60 on the right below the tube layer how you like.
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right.
Paste element 31 on the left.
Paste element 71 under the tube layer to one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Paste element 87 on the left above the other grass.

Paste element 60 on the right below the tube layer how you like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
