PTU Colors in Paris

This tut was written April 5th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of  Lys Isange
The tube is called Parisienne 3
This tube is all about that Paris feel, she comes in 3 colors,
you will love tagging with this tube.

You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Scrap to match, "Art of Paris" by Lil Mz's Brainstorm HERE
RD Mask Set 150_2  HERE

Font of Choice, I used Brotherina

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size your prefer, can always resize later.
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group, flip.

Resize element 4 to 50%, paste on the left.
Resize element 5 to 75%, paste on the right of the table.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the chair.
Paste element 48 on the mask layer, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 10, paste paper 9, invert, delete.

Resize element 92 to 90%, paste on the right behind the chair layer.
Resize element 10 to 20%, paste on the table, take your Pick tool,
hold down the shift key and take the top square and pull down on one side, then
do the other side to flatten it out on the table better.

Resize element 45 to 70%, paste in the frame.
Resize element 9 to 10%, paste on the cup.
Resize element 8 to 10%, paste by the cup.
Resize element 23 to 15%, paste behind the cup.
Resize the paris element to 15%, paste on the table behind the cup.

Resize element 19 to 35%, mirror, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 44 to 40%, paste on the right behind the dog, duplicate,
mirror and adjust behind the table and up.

Paste element 39 at the bottom more, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key and
take the top square and drag down on one side then the other until  you
have a flat layer, duplicate, move over more, creating a floor like.
Resize element 33 to 20%, mirror, paste on the table below the cup and food at
the edge of the table.

Resize element 52 to 25%, paste below the table on the left.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste on the upper left of the frame.
Resize element 77 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 31 to 15%, place at the bottom on the left and below the luggage layer.
Resize element 30 to 15%, paste on the handle of the luggage.
Resize element 54 to 35%, place at the bottom by the shoe of the tube.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
