This tut was written August 30th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Font of choice, I used Do I Like Stripes
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, invert, delete, merge group.
Paste element 6, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 5, invert, delete, select none, move below the frame.
Duplicate the frame, make larger to 105%, move below the top frame,
apply the xero filter-Lineart
to the larger frame, with these settings,
Overtone 5,
On background color checked and have color on #cca77a
Line intensity on 5
Colorization, colour checked
Resize element 88 to 65%, paste on the left side of the frame.
Resize your tube to 40%, place sitting on the chair.
Resize element 114 to 40%, paste under the chair layer, duplicate as
many times as you like to get the look you want, I duplicated 8 times and
move them around to the look I wanted.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste by the chair at the bottom left.
Resize element 20 to 30%, place on top of the other suitcase.
Resize element 133 to 30%, paste behind the leg of your tube to the right,
and also try to get it under a layer or two of the leaves.
Resize element 36 to 25%, paste below the leaves to the right of the book.
Resize element 47 to 45%, paste at the bottom under the leaves layers, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate again, move to the center more.
Resize element 2 to 30%, paste below the chair layer by the book.
Resize element 96 to 30%, paste on the right below the book layer, duplicate,
mirror, move back behind the chair.
Paste element 11 on the frame layer to the right.
Resize element 35 to 30%, mirror, paste at the top of the beige part of the frame,
duplicate, mirror, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move down
behind the book layer.
Resize element 75 to 25%, paste on the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 65 to 25%, paste on the pumpkin.
Resize element 33 to 55%, paste on the upper right.
Resize element 113 to 50%, paste on the left on the frame layer.
Resize element 127 to 30%, paste on the right under the foot of the tube.
Resize element 15 to 30%, paste at the top left on the frame.
Resize element 99 to 15%, paste by the suitcase on the left, duplicate,
move by the book on the right.
Resize element 129 to 25%, paste on the chair.
Resize element 40 to 20%, paste on the left below the suitcase layer, duplicate,
mirror, move below the pumpkin layer on the right.
Resize element 135 to 25%, paste on the open suitcase.

Resize element 135 to 25%, paste on the open suitcase.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
If you are going to animate, merge with a white background.
Also make a copy of the hot air balloon, resize it to the size you resize your tag.
Also make a copy of the hot air balloon, resize it to the size you resize your tag.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
Animation
Copy your merged tag to animation shop.
Go back to psp, paste the balloon on your tag and down a little bit,
take to animation, paste after current frame.
Go back to psp, move the balloon down more, copy merged, paste after current frame.
Go back to psp,
undo the move, the balloon should be where it was before, copy merge,
paste after current frame.
Go back to psp,
undo the move again, the balloon should be back at the top where it started,
copy merged, paste after current frame.
You should have 5 frames.
Click on the first frame of the animation, go to Edit, select all, then
Animation, frame properties to slow the speed down, change the number to 50 or
a number that you like.
Test to see if you are happy with it before saving.
That's it
Add your copyrights and name.
Animation
Copy your merged tag to animation shop.
Go back to psp, paste the balloon on your tag and down a little bit,
take to animation, paste after current frame.
Go back to psp, move the balloon down more, copy merged, paste after current frame.
Go back to psp,
undo the move, the balloon should be where it was before, copy merge,
paste after current frame.
Go back to psp,
undo the move again, the balloon should be back at the top where it started,
copy merged, paste after current frame.
You should have 5 frames.
Click on the first frame of the animation, go to Edit, select all, then
Animation, frame properties to slow the speed down, change the number to 50 or
a number that you like.
Test to see if you are happy with it before saving.
