This tut was written August 1st, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lys Isange
The tube is called Magic Apple and I paired it with the kit

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 67 in the center.
Resize element 97 to 85%, paste on each side of the door, duplicate the one
on the right at 90 degrees to the left and move below the two
walls at the top. Take your pick tool to adjust out more if needed.
Resize your tube to 35%.
Paste element 92 at the bottom under the tube, duplicate, mirror, duplicate
once more and move to the center and up more.
Resize element 12 to 75%, paste behind the tube to the right.
Resize element 6 to 75%, paste behind the cart by the wheel, duplicate,
move by the brick wall, duplicate again, resize to 85%, place by the shoe with
the apples.
Resize element 22 to 15%, mirror, place by the wheel of the cart.
Resize element 41 to 65%, mirror, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees,
paste on the brick wall below the grass layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 106 to 35%, paste on the bottom left.
Resize element 42 to 30%, paste on the left below the first grass and behind
the yarn.
Paste element 100 below the flowers on the wall, duplicate, mirror.
Paste the original element 100 on the cart without the rotating.
Resize element 107 to 65%, paste on the left below the flowers.
Resize element 21 to 10%, place on the walk, duplicate a couple of times and
move where you like.
Resize element 15 to 10%, duplicate a couple of times and place where you like.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 67 in the center.
Resize element 97 to 85%, paste on each side of the door, duplicate the one
on the right at 90 degrees to the left and move below the two
walls at the top. Take your pick tool to adjust out more if needed.
Resize your tube to 35%.
Paste element 92 at the bottom under the tube, duplicate, mirror, duplicate
once more and move to the center and up more.
Resize element 12 to 75%, paste behind the tube to the right.
Resize element 6 to 75%, paste behind the cart by the wheel, duplicate,
move by the brick wall, duplicate again, resize to 85%, place by the shoe with
the apples.
Resize element 22 to 15%, mirror, place by the wheel of the cart.
Resize element 41 to 65%, mirror, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees,
paste on the brick wall below the grass layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 106 to 35%, paste on the bottom left.
Resize element 42 to 30%, paste on the left below the first grass and behind
the yarn.
Paste element 100 below the flowers on the wall, duplicate, mirror.
Paste the original element 100 on the cart without the rotating.
Resize element 107 to 65%, paste on the left below the flowers.
Resize element 21 to 10%, place on the walk, duplicate a couple of times and
move where you like.
Resize element 15 to 10%, duplicate a couple of times and place where you like.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
That's it
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
