Font of choice,  I used  Anak Anak

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Add a new layer, select all, paste paper 13 into selections, apply your mask
delete, merge group.

Paste element 20, resize to 75%, take your eraser, change the opacity at the top
of your psp tool bar to 30%, erase most of the top part of the frame, leave
just a little at the top.  Take your free hand tool, draw around the frame,
paste paper 8, invert, delete, move below the frame.

Paste element 58 at the top on the frame layer.
Resize element 46 to 30%, paste at the upper right below the clouds.
Resize element 51 to 30%, paste above the clouds toward the right.

Resize your tube to 85%, paste on the left on the frame.

Resize element 24 to 30%, paste below the frame layer to the right.
Resize element 5 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the right of the tube.
Resize element 1 to 35%, paste inside the frame to the left, duplicate,
move above the frame, resize larger to 110%, and to the left of the tube.

Resize element 12 to 50%, paste below the mushroom on the left, duplicate,
mirror, move below the paper layer of the frame on the right, duplicate twice
more, move both of these to the top and have  a little show at the top.

Resize element 22 to 50%, paste to the right below the crow layer.
Go back to the crow, duplicate, resize to 50%, mirror,  paste on the book on the stand.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste to the left below the crow.
Resize element 73 to 20%, paste on the right below the stand.

Resize element 74 to 20%, paste on the right above the stand by the books.
Resize element 53 to 25%, paste on the books on the right.
Resize element 50 to 55%, paste on the frame layer at the lower right, duplicate,
move to the center more, duplicate mirror, move back to the left and move
below the other rock layers, adjust.

Resize element 49 to 40%, paste below the tree bush on the right at the bottom,
duplicate, mirror, move below the mushroom layer on the left.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

Animation
Take your tag to animation, make the same amount of layers as the animation,
this one has 31 layers.
Click on the animation to resize, go to Edit, select all, then go to Animation
and find resize animation, a window should open, change the number to 50, it
should have percent of original checked.
Resize Type-Smart Size
Maintain aspect ratio checked
Then go to Edit, select all, copy, then go to your tag, then Edit,
select all, paste into selected frame. I pasted it twice, one on each bottle,
 just go back to edit,
paste into selected frame for the second one.
Test your animation, if happy save.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
