This tut was written Jan 8th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Mariel
The tube is called "Steam Cupidon"

Font of Choice, I used Stealworks Vintage
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste frame 2, resize to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 2, invert, delete, keep selected.
Paste your close up tube, delete, select none, duplicate, go to Adjust,
Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to Screen.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream, merge down.
Paste element 95 at the top of the frame, mirror, adjust, duplicate, flip.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the left.
Resize element 60 to 40%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 94 to 50%, paste at the lower left behind the tube at
the bottom.
Resize element 27 to 40%, paste at the upper right.
Resize element 48 to 40%, paste at the bottom left behind the legs of the tube.
Resize element 24 to 55%, paste on the frame layer behind the tube.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste at the bottom right.
Resize element 33 to 30%, paste below the hat at the lower left.
Resize element 17 to 30%, paste behind the tube about middle on the left,
duplicate, move down below the dart board on the right,
duplicate, mirror, move back to the right of the dart board.
Resize element 57 to 65%, mirror, paste on the right behind the dart board.
Resize element 83 to 30%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 80 to 30%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 30 to 20%, paste below the glasses at the bottom.
Resize element 74 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the glasses to the left
of them.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the frame layer about center.
Resize element 56 to 20%, paste on the right by the flower,
duplicate, move up more on the right.
Add any other element you would like to add.
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste frame 2, resize to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 2, invert, delete, keep selected.
Paste your close up tube, delete, select none, duplicate, go to Adjust,
Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to Screen.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream, merge down.
Paste element 95 at the top of the frame, mirror, adjust, duplicate, flip.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the left.
Resize element 60 to 40%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 94 to 50%, paste at the lower left behind the tube at
the bottom.
Resize element 27 to 40%, paste at the upper right.
Resize element 48 to 40%, paste at the bottom left behind the legs of the tube.
Resize element 24 to 55%, paste on the frame layer behind the tube.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste at the bottom right.
Resize element 33 to 30%, paste below the hat at the lower left.
Resize element 17 to 30%, paste behind the tube about middle on the left,
duplicate, move down below the dart board on the right,
duplicate, mirror, move back to the right of the dart board.
Resize element 57 to 65%, mirror, paste on the right behind the dart board.
Resize element 83 to 30%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 80 to 30%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 30 to 20%, paste below the glasses at the bottom.
Resize element 74 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the glasses to the left
of them.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the frame layer about center.
Resize element 56 to 20%, paste on the right by the flower,
duplicate, move up more on the right.
Add any other element you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
