Font of choice,  I used Leprechaun Hats

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 6 at the bottom, duplicate, resize to 50%, move above,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate again twice and move both below the large one,
and out a little on each side.

Resize your tube to 25%, paste at the bottom between the small grass and larger one.

Resize element 11 to 50%, paste on the left and below the tube layer.
Paste element 32 below the grass on the left.

Resize element 58 to 50%, paste on the left above the sign layer, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 19 below the tree layer on the right, then duplicate, the tree, mirror,
move behind the house on the right.

Resize element 33 to 25%, paste on the right of the tube behind down in the grass.
Resize element 100 to 25%, paste on the stump.
Resize element 95 to 25%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror, move
above the stump and bottle layer.

Resize element 12 to 50%, paste on the right below the tree layer.
Resize element 40 to 60%, paste below the tree layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 41 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the grass where you like,
duplicate a couple of times and move where you like.
Resize element 73 to 75%, paste at the upper left above the tube layer, add a green
drop shadow a couple of times.
Resize element 39 to 30%, paste on the lower left between the grasses.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
