This tut was written May 29th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 106 on the mask layer.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste on the flowers and down toward the bottom.
Resize element 105 to 60%, paste at the bottom above the bench on the left,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 32 on the mask on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 3 on the mask behind the greenery.
Resize element 39 to 60%, paste on the fence layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 50 on the left below the pink flower, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 96 to 35%, paste on the right below the top flower.
Resize element 104 to 75%, paste on the left above the tall blades of grass,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 107 to 75%, paste on the fence in the center, duplicate, move
over a bit.
Resize element 47 to 15%, paste on the left on the white flower of the tube.
Resize element 40 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer to the left,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 56 to 40%, paste on the left above the tube layer at the bottom.
Paste element 15 at the bottom under the shoes of the tube, duplicate, flip,
move down and erase the dark straight edge so it blends better.
Paste element 106 on the mask layer.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste on the flowers and down toward the bottom.
Resize element 105 to 60%, paste at the bottom above the bench on the left,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 32 on the mask on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 3 on the mask behind the greenery.
Resize element 39 to 60%, paste on the fence layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 50 on the left below the pink flower, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 96 to 35%, paste on the right below the top flower.
Resize element 104 to 75%, paste on the left above the tall blades of grass,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 107 to 75%, paste on the fence in the center, duplicate, move
over a bit.
Resize element 47 to 15%, paste on the left on the white flower of the tube.
Resize element 40 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer to the left,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 56 to 40%, paste on the left above the tube layer at the bottom.
Paste element 15 at the bottom under the shoes of the tube, duplicate, flip,
move down and erase the dark straight edge so it blends better.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
