PTU Independence Day


This tut was written June 3rd, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange
Tube is called "Independence"
Beautiful tube, 4th and France tube
 You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow

Font of choice,  I used Gaby

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 14, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 56, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, 
paste paper 15, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your close up, delete.
select none.
Duplicate the frame, resize smaller to 90%, having it on top of the first frame.

Resize your tube to 255, paste to the right.

Resize element 3 to 45%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer, duplicate, move
to the left more, duplicate twice more and move both below the paper layer of
the frame, one on each side.
Resize element 61 to 50%, paste at the lower right below the top plant and to 
cover the legs of the tube.
Resize element 64 to 50%, paste on the left below the top flower.

Resize element 53 to 85%, paste on the right behind the tube.
Paste element 97 on the left on the mask, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 54 on the mask at the upper left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 72 to 70%, paste at the lower right above the flowers by the
popcorn.

Resize element 73 to 50%, paste by the glass.
Resize element 1 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the flowers,
add a white fat gradient glow with EyeCandy 4000.
Resize element 38 to 40%, paste at the lower left, duplicate, move to the right by 
the popcorn.

Resize element 67 to 60%, paste on the frame at the upper left.
Paste element 62 below the stars element on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 51 to 50%, paste on the ribbon at the upper left.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
