This tut was written Sept 21st, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Vi Nina
The tube is called Josephine
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Font of choice, I used Satisfaction
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 4 to 90%, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your mask smaller to 90%, adjust to fit how you like.
Resize element 104 to 80%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, resize paper 3 to 80%, paste, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize element 97 to 65%, paste inside the frame, delete, keep selected.
Mirror your tube, paste on the right frame, delete, select none.
Back to the original tube, resize to 65%, paste above the frame at the bottom.
Resize element 46 to 40%, paste on the frame at the lower right, duplicate,
move to the center, duplicate again, mirror.
Resize element 83 to 35%, paste at the lower left behind the tube, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 12,
move below the paper layer of the frame. Take your pick tool and pull
put the sides a little.
Resize element 87 to 50%, paste at the bottom center above the tube.
Resize element 31 to 30%, paste at the lower right below the shoe of the tube.
Resize element 38 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the flowers.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste on the frame layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 15 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 85 to 25%, paste below the tube at the lower left, duplicate, mirror,
move to the right, duplicate, move back to the left.
Resize element 37 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the books and bottle.
Resize element 33 to 75%, paste on the right on the book frame.
Resize element 55 to 15%, paste at the top, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 77 on the upper left on the mask layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 18 to 25%, paste below the tube by the leg.
Resize element 95 to 85%, paste on the mask on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste on the book layer a bit to the right.
Resize element 113 to 50%, paste at the top and centered.
Once happy merge your tag, duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number
on 4, change the blend mode to Soft Light, merge down, sharpen once.
Resize your mask smaller to 90%, adjust to fit how you like.
Resize element 104 to 80%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, resize paper 3 to 80%, paste, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize element 97 to 65%, paste inside the frame, delete, keep selected.
Mirror your tube, paste on the right frame, delete, select none.
Back to the original tube, resize to 65%, paste above the frame at the bottom.
Resize element 46 to 40%, paste on the frame at the lower right, duplicate,
move to the center, duplicate again, mirror.
Resize element 83 to 35%, paste at the lower left behind the tube, duplicate, mirror,

Resize element 37 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the books and bottle.
Resize element 33 to 75%, paste on the right on the book frame.
Resize element 55 to 15%, paste at the top, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 77 on the upper left on the mask layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 18 to 25%, paste below the tube by the leg.
Resize element 95 to 85%, paste on the mask on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste on the book layer a bit to the right.
Resize element 113 to 50%, paste at the top and centered.
Once happy merge your tag, duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number
on 4, change the blend mode to Soft Light, merge down, sharpen once.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
