PTU Party Time

  This tut was written January 8th, 2026 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Filter

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle.

Font of choice, I used Another Day

Drop shadow is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, color Black or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new layer 800 x 800, paste element 12, duplicate, merge down,

duplicate, mirror, resize to fit your tag.

Paste 17 on the mask layer on the upper right, duplicate, mirror,

duplicate both, move to the bottom.

Resize 66 to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 3 numbers

on 16, 55, 55, paste.

Click inside, paste paper 1, invert, delete.

Resize 39 to 20%, apply Mura Meister changing the first number

to 18, paste below the flower circle.

Resize 7 to 20%, apply Mura Meister changing the numbers to 16, 65, 65,

paste below the other circles.

Resize 72 to 75%, paste on the paper layer in the circle.

Resize 11 to 25%, paste below the hearts at the top of the flower circle.

Resize the tube to 35%, paste at the bottom.

Resize 52 to 30%, paste on the upper left below the tube.

Resize 15 to 25%, paste on the bottom of the sign to the left, duplicate,

move to the top of the sign.

Resize 23 to 30%, paste on the left below the tube.

Resize 71 to 45%, paste below the tube on the right.

Resize 41 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize 31 and 32 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize 53 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize 48 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the drink and bottle.

Resize 55 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the bottle to the right.

Resize 45 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize 4 to 20%, paste at the bottom left below the dog.

Resize 10 to 20%, paste on the bottom right.

Resize 63 to 20%, paste at the bottom left above the candy box.

Resize 28 to 20%, paste at the bottom right below the bear.

Resize 36 to 17%, paste on the bottom right by the cake.

Resize 70 to 15%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize 35 to 10%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize 44 to 12%, paste at the bottom right above the bear.

Resize 34 to 10%, paste on the bottom left above the book.

Resize 49 to 15%, paste on the juke box.

Resize 25 to 10%, paste at the bottom by the dog.

Resize 58 to 12%, paste at the bottom by the bottle.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
