This tut was written March 27th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Verymany

The tube is "Fernanda" 

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice,  I used Mariabella

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group, change the blend mode 
to burn, merge down. 
Resize larger to 130%.

Duplicate the mask, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key down and drag
the top square down on one side, then the other side until flat, move
to the bottom.

Resize frame 4 to 65%, duplicate, change the blend mode to burn, merge down,
move to the lower right, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees,
move up to the left how you like.

Resize your tube to 55%, paste about center on the frame, then adjust
the frames more how you like.

Click on the frame where you would like to add some noise.
I clicked on the two small parts on each side of the black line.

Click inside the frames, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your close up to 55%, mirror, paste in the upper left frame, delete.
Mirror the close up and paste in the lower right frame, merge down.
Duplicate the close up, go to Adjust, Blur Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer.
Apply xero filter, Soft Vignette, Elliptical, Foreground color, have it on black,
Diagonal dots, 0, 0, 0, 255.

Resize element 8 to 50%, paste behind the tube on the lower left.
Paste element 16 under the tube to the right, duplicate, mirror, move below the
clock layer, duplicate, resize to 25%, move above the tube between her feet.

Resize element 2 to 15%, mirror, paste at the lower right below the tube layer.
Resize element 36 to 70%, paste on the left being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror,
resize to 70%, paste on the upper right below the tube layer.
Rotate element 37, 90 degrees to the left, paste at the bottom below the tube 
and just have a little of it showing below the tube.

Resize element 22 to 50%, paste on the frame on the right, duplicate, mirror,
free rotate to the left at 10 degrees.
Paste element 38 at the bottom below the tube.
Resize element 46 to 30%, paste below the white netting at the lower left, duplicate,
move up behind the tube a little, duplicate once, more, mirror, move 
down on the lower right.

Resize frame 5 to 55%, paste on the upper left frame, duplicate, mirror, move
down on the lower right frame.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the sprinkle.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste below the tube on the right by her knee.
Resize element 20 to 10%, paste at the bottom below the flower by her feet,
duplicate, move to the upper left on the frame. 
Resize element 23 to 10%, paste at the bottom below the other flowers by her feet.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you merge your tag.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background used, 

crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.

Resize your tag first, then add your copyright and name.
