This tut was written Feb 24th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of choice,  I used Megaibeilya

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste frame 3, click inside with your magic wand,  expand by 5, paste paper 10,

invert, delete, select none.

Resize element 49 to 55%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first

number on 12, move below the paper layer of the frame.

Paste your tube below the frame, duplicate, move above, erase the parts

over the frame except for the feathers.

Paste element 5 on the frame at the bottom.

Resize element 9 to 45%, paste at the lower left.

Resize element 10 to 50%, paste on the right below the flower layer, duplicate,

move to the center and below the other circle, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,

first number on 25.

Resize element 28 to 50%, paste on the left below the flowers.

Resize element 43 to 50%, paste on the left on the frame layer, duplicate, mirror,

move down lower.

Resize element 49 to 45%, paste at the bottom below all the other elements, 

duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 14 on the left on the frame layer, adjust to your liking, duplicate,

flip, mirror.

Resize element 24 to 45%, paste on the frame layer on the right and down some,

duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Paste element 32 on the mask on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.

Add your copyrights and name.

Font of choice,  I used April Flowers

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste frame 2, free rotate either way at 90 degrees, move to the left a little,

click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 1,

invert, delete, keep selected.

Mirror your tube, paste, delete, select none.

Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste on the right.

Resize element 30 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 93 to 40%, paste at the lower right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 18 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the canister can.

Resize element 73 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the other elements, duplicate,

mirror, move back by the other shoe.

Resize element 37 to 45%, paste on the lower left below the flowers.

Resize element 26 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the shoes and to the left a bit.

Resize element 3 to 25%, paste at the bottom in front of the bottle.

Resize element 84 to 55%, paste on the right behind the tube.

Paste element 88 on the mask layer, duplicate, move down and below the first one.

Paste element 90 on the green leaves, duplicate, move down, adjust all to your liking.

Being on the frame layer now, paste element 96 on the frame on the right,

behind the tube and out some.

Resize element 89 to 40%, paste on the left on the books.

Resize element 41 to 75%, add a pink medium gradient glow using EyeCandy 4000-

Gradient Glow.

Paste element 39, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste on the rose bush

behind the tube on the right.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.

Add your copyrights and name.

Resize element 65 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube layer.

Resize element 2 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.

Resize element 61 to 50%, paste at the bottom behind the tube.

Resize elements 29, 42 and 57 to 25%, paste all on the left below the glass.

Paste element 24 on the mask layer and down some on the left.

Resize element 34 to 65%, paste on the left below the cupcakes.

Resize element 21 to 50%, paste on the right on the frame layer and down some.

Resize element 19 to 50%, paste on the right below the paper layer of

the frame toward the bottom so just the 3 hearts shows.

Paste element 52 below the tube layer on the left, adjust, duplicate, mirror,

move down some.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.

Add your copyrights and name.

Resize your tube to 85%, mirror, paste, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen, merge down.

Resize element 63 to 65%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change
the first number to 16, move below the paper layer of the frame, take your
Pick tool to adjust to fit the frame better.

Paste element 46 on the frame.
Paste element 49 at the top below the sparkle element, duplicate,
move to the bottom of the frame, take your Pick tool, drag one of the top squares
down, then the other side until as flat at you want.

Resize your tube to 55%, paste at the bottom.
Paste element 73 below the tube layer on the frame.

Resize element 74 to 30%, paste at the bottom left above the tube.
Resize element 7 to 20%, paste by the dog.
Resize element 23 to 35%, paste below the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 10 to 50%, paste on the right below the flower, duplicate, mirror,
move down a little.

Resize element 9 to 50%, paste on the right below the flowers, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 15 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 68 to 40%, paste on the left below the dog.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.

Let's get started

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste frame 1, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 8, invert, delete, keep selected.
Mirror your tube, paste on the left frame, select none, erase any part showing
in the center frame, duplicate, mirror.

Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change
the blend mode to Screen, merge down.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste more in the center.

Resize element 56 to 35%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 2 to 35%, paste on the right of the cupcake.
Paste element 15 on the mask layer and move to the top, duplicate, flip,
move down more.

Resize element 19 to 35%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 63 to 35%, paste at the lower left above the frame.
Paste element 20 below the frame layer at the bottom.
Paste element 11 on the mask layer at the top and to the left, duplicate,
mirror, move down more on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 64 to 40%, paste on the frame at the upper left,
erase a little of the chain to make it like it is hanging on the frame.

Resize element 59 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Paste element 61 at the bottom, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key, drag
one of the top squares down on one side, then the other side until it is
as flat as you like.

Resize element 3 to 50%, mirror, paste at the top behind the tube to the
left a bit.
Resize element 18 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the star layer.
Resize element 1 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the flair, duplicate, resize
to 70%, move to the left more, duplicate again, mirror, move
above the glass on the right.
Paste element 17 below the tube layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

first number on 20, move below the mask layers.

Resize your tube, paste on the top layer about center.

Paste element 22 on the star layer behind the tube.
Paste element 80 at the top behind the tube.

Paste element 18 behind the tube, click inside each frame, expand by
3, paste paper 1, invert, delete, keep selected.
Paste your tube in the second square on the left, and the two squares on
the right, delete both, select none, merge down, duplicate the tubes,
then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to
Screen, merge down.

Paste element 73 behind the tube to the right a little.
Resize element 71 to 35%, paste at the bottom behind the legs of the tube.
Resize element 61 to 50%, paste behind the tube to the left of the gift box.
Resize element 15 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the clock candle element.
Resize element 14 to 50%, paste on the right above the tube layer.
Resize element 6 to 35%, paste at the bottom on the left above the clock.

Resize element 57 to 30%, paste by the bottle.
Resize element 32 to 20%, paste at the bottom of the glass.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste on the right below the glass layer.
Resize element 11 to 25%, paste on the left behind the clock, duplicate, mirror,
move down behind the hat more.

Resize element 2 to 40%, paste on the right below the star behind the hat,
duplicate, move to the center more behind the tube.
Resize element 4 to 40%, paste below the star on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 7 at the top below the tall glass layer.

Paste element 17, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 20, move to the mask layer, change the blend mode to
Luminance(L).

Resize element 44 to 35%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 1 to 40%, paste at the bottom by the package.
Resize element 66 to 40%, paste below the bear to the right.
Resize element 68 to 40%, paste on the left below the bear layer.

Resize element 70 to 40%, paste on the lower right below the ornament
flower.
Resize element 20 to 75%, paste on the frame on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 63 to 75%, paste on the leaves on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste elment 64 on the right being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror,
erase a little off the bear's face.

Resize element 25 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the sparkles.
Resize element 30 to 35%, paste on the lower right below the tube layer.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
