This tut was written Sept 30, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Lys Isange

Font of Choice, I used Magic School One

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize your tube to 35%, paste toward the top more.

Paste element 2 on the mask layer.
Paste element 44 at the bottom under the tree.
Resize element 45 to 45%, paste behind the tree on the left at the bottom,
duplicate, mirror, adjust on the right behind the tree.

Resize element 24 to 75%, paste at the top left behind the tube.
Resize element 50 to 10%, paste at the bottom in front of the tree.
Resize element 49 to 55%, paste below the rock layers, duplicate three or
four times and arrange how you like, duplicate one and move above the rocks
on the left.
Resize element 29 to 30%, paste at the bottom on the left in front of
the corn stalk.

Paste element 48 below the tree layer at the bottom, duplicate, mirror,
erase the overlapping in the center.

Resize element 25 to 55%, mirror, paste on the right below the witch layer.
Resize element 28 to 35%, mirror, paste on the right below the rocks.
Resize element 16 to 25%, paste by the barrel at the bottom.
Paste element 42 at the top behind the tube.
Resize element 15 to 25%, mirror, paste at the upper right.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Add a new layer, select all, paste paper 1 into selections, apply your mask
delete, merge group.

Resize element 85 to 85%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 5, move so only the color shows and none of the chains.

Resize your full tube to 95%, paste in the center below the frame, duplicate,
move above the frame, erase the parts showing outside of the frame on
both tubes.
Resize element 58 to 30%, paste at the bottom on the frame layer,
duplicate, resize to 85%, paste on top of the other one.
Resize element 8 to 45%, paste below the paper layer of the frame at the
lower left, duplicate, move up to the upper right.

Resize element 12 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 12, move to the mask layer, adjust.

Resize element 20 to 25%, paste on the frame on the right center below the tube.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste under the heart on the right, duplicate,
mirror, move under the arm of the tube half way.
Resize element 109 to 25%, paste on the oval label on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 21 to 30%, flip, paste on the post on the tag on one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 96 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the flower layer, duplicate, mirror.

Go back to the gear clocks that are above the flower circle that is on the mask layer,
select either one, float, defloat,
paste your tube, invert, delete, change the blend mode to Screen.
Do the same with the other gear clocks.
Then apply the xero filter-Bad Dream to both tubes.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

Paste element 13, take your free hand tool draw around completely,
paste paper 4, invert, delete, paste your close up, delete, select none.
Duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend
mode to Screen.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream

Resize tube to 45%, mirror, paste on the left.

Resize element 17 to 50%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 5 to 50%, paste under the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate three more times, arrange under the tube how you like.

Resize element 37 to 65%, paste on the right at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 59 to 75%, paste behind the tube and up on the left,
duplicate, move down on the left behind the tube, erase the bottom part
that is showing past the tube.

Paste element 29 on the mask layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Mirror, paste element 105 on the right on the frame, free rotate to the
right at 30 degrees, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 61 to 40%, paste at the top, duplicate move over some.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

If you are going to animate, merge with a white background.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Animation
Copy your merged tag to animation, make as many layers as the animation,
this one having 21 layers.
Click on the 1st frame of the animation, go to Edit, select all, then go to
Animation and click on mirror, then go back to edit, select all, copy, then
click on the 1st frame of your tag, edit, select all, paste into selected frame,
place where you like, I pasted the circle part on the spout of
the kettle, then click, test the animation.
If happy save.

Paste element 123 at the bottom on the tube layer, adjust.

Resize element 116 to 40%, paste on the right above the pumpkins.

Resize element 94 to 60%, paste at the bottom above the pumpkin layer on

the left to cover the straight edge of the tube legs.

Paste element 47 behind the tube on the left.

Resize element 55 to 20%, paste on the cart cover to the side.

Resize element 64 to 90%, paste on the right on the mask, duplicate,

mirror, move down a bit and erase the part behind the cart.

Resize element 41 to 25%, paste at the bottom behind the cart.

Paste element 49 on the pumpkin layer at the bottom.

Resize element 33 to 40%, paste at the bottom by the apples.

Resize element 121 to 30%, paste on the pole of the cart.

Resize element 58 to 30%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the left.

Resize element 57 to 30%, paste on the right behind the cat.

Resize element 59 to 30%, paste on the right in front of the pumpkin.

Paste element 56 at the top above the canvas of the cart, duplicate,

move down and to the right a bit more, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left.

Resize element 117 to 40%, paste on the left behind the pumpkin.

Resize element 93 to 50%, mirror, paste on the right at the bottom above the cart.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Paste element 54 at the bottom on the frame below the tube.
Resize element 19 to 60%, paste on the left at the bottom.
Paste element 32 at the bottom above the tube layer, then select all, float,
defloat, expand by 2, add a new raster layer, fill with white, move below, select none.
Resize element 25 to 20%, mirror, paste on the left below the wordart.

Paste element 2 on the left on the frame layer.
Paste element 30 on the left below the watch layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 5 to 40%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, paste on the left.
Paste element 15 below the flower layer on the right and up some.
Resize element 20 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube.
Resize element 39 to 60%, paste on the right below the wordart.
Paste element 52 on the right between the little chest and flowers.
Paste element 69 on the left on the frame layer, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
