I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Font of Choice, I used Affectionately Yours

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize frame 3 to 65%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 65%, paste in the frame, delete, select none.
Duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend
mode to Overlay, merge down.

Resize element 23 larger to 105%, paste on the mask layer, duplicate,
resize to 90%, paste below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 74 to 40%, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 4, move between the two other layers.

Resize your tube to 35%, mirror, paste on the left side on the frame layer.

Resize element 6 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the legs of the tube.
Resize element 21 to 40%, paste to the left of the flower at the bottom, add
a fat black gradient glow with EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow,
width on 3.

Resize element 3 to 40%, paste under the wordart at the bottom.
Resize element 53 to 25%, paste at the bottom in front of the flower.
Resize element 35 to 40%, paste below the tube layer to the left more.

Resize element 69 to 40%, paste on the frame layer on the left and up,
duplicate, mirror, move behind the tube.
Resize element 54 to 40%, paste at the lower left on the frame, click in
the hearts with your magic wand, add noise at 50%.

Resize element 51 to 25%, paste on the left by the hearts, duplicate, move over
 a little.
Paste element 11 at the bottom and on the mask layer to the left, duplicate,
mirror, adjust.

Resize element 22 to 50%, paste at the upper left on the frame.
Resize element 14 to 25%, paste on the right below the flower.
Resize element 24 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the cup.
Resize element 43 to 20%, paste by the shoes.

Add any other element you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize larger
to 115%, duplicate, merge down.

Resize frame 1 to 85%, paste, click inside with the magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 6, invert, delete, select none.

Resize element 20 to 95%, paste on the left.
Resize element 59 to 50%, paste at the bottom of the dirt of the tree layer.

Resize tube to 45%, paste on the right side below the flower border,
then go to
Effects, 3D Effects, with
these settings, apply to the tube.
Shape 2, width 2
18, 2, 9, 10
50, 50, 30
color white

Resize element 63 to 35%, paste at the lower left above the flower border.
Resize element 66 to 35%, flip, paste behind the tube on the right, duplicate,
mirror behind the squirrel.

Resize element 52 to 30%, paste on the lower right by the leg of the tube.
Resize element 26 to 55%, paste below the greenery behind the squirrel.
Resize element 67 to 75%, paste on the tree.

Resize element 2 to 55%, paste on the left below the tree toward the top.
Resize element 1 to 40%, paste on the right behind the tube.
Resize element 18 to 30%, paste behind the squirrel, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate the one behind the squirrel again, move to
the right more in front of the tube.
Resize element 49 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Paste element 53 on the top layer, adjust then erase any part you
don't want on the tube.

Add any other element you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize frame 5 to 65%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 5, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your tube, delete,
select none.
Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur,
Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to Screen, then
apply xero filter-Bad Dream, merge down.
Resize element 57 to 45%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 12, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 26 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
change the first number to 20, move below the green leaves circle.

Resize tube to 50%, paste on the left side, then go to Effects, 3D Effects, with
these settings, apply twice to the tube.
Shape 2, width 2
18, 2, 9, 10
50, 50, 30
color white

Resize element 57 to 55%, paste at the bottom on the frame.
Resize element 52 to 50%, paste at the bottom to the right a little.
Resize element 29 to 40%, paste below the grapes element on the right.
Resize element 59 to 30%, paste on the frame behind the tube, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 39 to 45%, paste at the bottom to the left a bit.
Resize element 48 to 30%, paste at the lower right above the jars layer.
Resize element 6 to 40%, paste on the left behind the tube, duplicate, move over
a bit.
Resize element 38 to 35%, paste at the lower left by the tube.
Resize element 56 to 30%, paste by the bottle.
Resize element 64 to 80%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 34 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the tube layer by the cat.
Paste element 37 below the gold balls at the bottom.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

No Filters

Font of Choice, I used Acryle Script

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize to fit your tag.

Resize frame 3 to 75%, paste.
Resize frame 1 to 75%, paste on top of the first frame, click inside
the top frame, expand by 5, paste paper 9, move how you like,
invert, delete select none, move below the second frame.

Duplicate the mask, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key down and dragone of the top squares down about 3/4 of the way, then the other side
until as flat as you want, move to the bottom above the frame layers.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the right.

Resize element 16 to 65%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Paste element 23 at the top below the tube, erase the little bit on the left.
Resize element 40 to 60%, mirror, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 48 to 35%, paste at the top below the cloud and trees,
duplicate, move down inside the frame so some of the castle shows behind the tube
how you like.

Resize element 34 to 60%, paste on the left behind the animal.
Resize element 52 to 45%, paste at the upper left below the clouds.
Resize element 4 to 25%, flip, paste on the lamp post, free rotate to the
left at 20 degrees, move to the top of the light post, duplicate, flip,
adjust behind the animal on the post.

Resize element 24 to 25%, paste at the bottom, being on the top layer.
Resize element 66 to 25%, paste on top of the lamp post.
Resize element 67 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the card.
Resize element 65 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the tube layer.
Resize element 61 to 25%, paste at the bottom behind the animal and snowman.
Resize element 71 to 15%, paste at the below the snowman layer, duplicate, move
to the right of the card.
Resize element 54 to 15%, paste on the card.
Resize element 25 to 25%, paste behind the animal on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate once more, move below the tube and up a little.

Resize element 36 to 85%, paste being on the top layer, erase a couple off the face
of the tube.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
