FTU 4th of July Party

  

This tut was written June 19th, 2025 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the 4th of July kit by Purple Dreams Scraps

I am using Anna Marine tube 56-1 from CDO

That store has closed now 

I did not see this tube at DAH store but some of  her other tubes are there.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Font of choice, I used Cocktail

Drop shadow is  V-1 H-4 Black, 40, 10, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

 

Open the template, resize canvas size to 800 x 800, 

delete the credits, close off the wordart for now.

Paste paper 2 on the bottom layer, resize larger to 110, apply your mask.

Layer 1, resize paper 9 to 75%, paste, invert, delete.

Resize element 21 to 60%, paste above the stripe paper, add a fat white gradient glow.

Layers 2 and 3, add noise at 50%.

Layer 5, resize paper 9 to 75%, paste, invert, delete,

Resize element 21 to 85%%, paste above the circle, add a fat white gradient glow.

Layer 6, paper 1

Layer 7, paper 1

Layer 9, paper 6

Move element 13 to the left more, add noise.

Paste the large tube on the top layer.

Resize element 16 to 50%, paste on the bottom left above the tube.

Resize element 30 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the bubble bottle.

Resize element 27 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 31 to 30%, free rotate to the right at 20, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 35 to 35%, paste at the bottom right below the apples, duplicate, 

move over to the right a little more.

Resize element 12 to 30%, paste on the bottom left below the bubble bottle,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 17 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the apples.

Resize element 26 to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 37 to 25%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 20 to 30%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 36 to 35%, paste on the right by the arm of the tube.

Resize element 18 to 90%, paste below the tube where you like.

Paste element 10 being on the top layer.

Resize element 34 to 35%, free rotate to the left at 25, paste at the upper left.

Resize element 19 to 50%, paste on the upper left.

Paste element 14 on the bottom layer at the upper left, duplicate, move

to the right and down.

Paste element 32 behind the tube.

Resize element 38 to 30%, free rotate to the right at 25, paste on the right below the tube.

Open the wordarts, add a red gradient glow, move where you like.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

 Then add your copyright and name.

Mask of choice, I used Miz Teeques' Mask 245 and 322  HERE  HERE

Filters

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of choice, I used StarmiX Free

Drop shadow is V -2 H -4, 50, 10, color black or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image, 800 x 800, paste paper 1, apply mask 245 first, 

delete, merge group.

Paste the same paper again, apply mask 322, delete, merge group, adjust

to fit your tag.

Resize frame 1 to 60%, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,

paste paper 6, invert, delete, select none.

Resize element 3 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 3

numbers on 16, 60, 60, move below the paper layer.

Resize element 21 to 30%, flip, apply the same settings with Mura Meister,

move below the flower circle.

Resize element 3 to 85%, paste on the frame on the left.

Paste the smaller tube on the right.

Paste the middle size tube inside the frame, mirror, adjust behind the flower,

duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 5, change the blend 

mode to Overlay or what you prefer, merge down.

Resize element 16 to 40%, mirror, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 2 to 50%, paste at the bottom left above the skull, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize element 9 to 40%, paste on the left below the flower, duplicate, 

mirror, duplicate once more, move back to the center below the skull.

Resize element 1 to 40%, paste at the bottom, move the skull above the flower

and move the flower on the bottom left above the skull.

Resize element 4 to 50%, paste on the right below the black flower on the frame.

Resize element 21 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the flowers, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 17 to 40%, paste at the bottom right below the top flower.

Resize element 20 to 15%, paste on the right below the flower behind the book.

Paste element 7 on the left above the frame, free rotate to the right at 15,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 25 to 25%, paste at the upper left on the flowers.

Resize element 22 to 15%, paste on the right below the flower, duplicate,

move behind the hand of the tube.

Resize the wordart to 35%, apply glass or a bevel or what you prefer and 

a white background, paste where you like.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.

FTU November Rain

This tut was written November 1st, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Anna Marine

The tube is called "11-1"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I bought mine when CILM was still open.

Drop shadow is  V-1 H-3 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open the template, hold the shift key and hit d to duplicate, close the original.

Delete the credits, hearts layers and the bg shadow at the bottom above the 

white bg.

Go to image, Canvas size, resize larger 700 x 700 all layers checked.

Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

White background square, select, select all, float, defloat, add a new layer,

fill with #658e52, add noise at 50%.

Do the same with the white circle bg layer.

Select the black rectangle layer, paste paper 3, invert, delete, keep selected.

Paste your tube on the right, adjust, delete, mirror your tube and paste on the left,

delete,  change the blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer, keep selected still.

Resize element 13 to 30%, paste on the tube layer on the left, delete, select 

none, duplicate, mirror.

Select the purple circle, paste paper 1, invert, delete, select none.

Select the bar, paste paper 3, invert, delete, select none.

Add noise at 100%, to the white bar bg.

Resize element 8 to 20%, paste at the top of the circle, duplicate, mirror,

duplicate again, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste on

the left above the circle, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 14 to 45%, paste on the mask layer toward the top.

Paste your tube, resize if needed, I didn't resize.

Resize element 8 to 45%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 9 to 25%, paste on the right below the element that is above the tube,

duplicate mirror.

Resize element 4 to 55%, paste on the left above the mask, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 6 to 45%, paste being on the top layer now at the bottom.

Give the wordart a medium glow.

Resize element 16 to 20%, paste at the lower right on the ribbon, duplicate, 

move to the left and up below the wordart layer.

Resize element 11 to 15%, mirror, paste below the flower.

Paste element 2 above the tube, duplicate 2 or three times merge these together, 

add the drop shadow.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

 Then add your copyright and name.
