This tut was written August 30th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Anna Marine.

It is the 15-3 tube

Font of choice,  I used  Infinite Stroke

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Add a new layer, select all, paste paper 7 into selections, apply your mask
delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.

Paste your tube in the center.

Resize element 44 to 50%, paste on the lower left of the tube.
Resize element 28 to 40%, paste on the right.
Resize element 17 to 25%, paste on the left below the tube layer, duplicate,
mirror.

Resize element 2 to 25%, paste on the left above the mushrooms, duplicate,
move below the mushroom layer and up more.
Resize element 84 to 55%, mirror, place on the right just above the tube layer.
Resize element 3 to 55%, paste above the mushroom layer on the left.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste on the right below the water can.
Resize element 27 to 30%, paste above the scarecrow.

Resize element 8 to 55%, paste on the bottom layer and to the left, duplicate,
mirror, adjust.
Resize element 14 to 65%, paste at the bottom on the left just
above the fence part, duplicate mirror, adjust to your liking.

Resize element 64 to 70%, paste behind the tube above the fence layers,
click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10, paste paper 5,
invert, delete, select none, move below the frame.
Resize element 6 to 70%, paste on the mask layer on one side of the frame,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate two more times move to the center and down a bit.
Resize element 101 to 40%, paste on the left below the flower with the little bird on it.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 113, resize to 90%, move up just a bit.

Resize your tube to 35%, paste in front of the chalkboard.

Resize element 22 to 70%, paste behind the tube.
Resize element 15 to 35%, paste on top of the desk.
Resize element 11 to 35%, paste at the bottom behind the tube by
the desk leg.

Resize element 12 to 25%, paste on the books at the bottoms.
Resize element 14 to 30%, paste on the leg of the desk below the books.
Resize element 66 to 30%, paste on the right below the book layer.
Resize element 67 to 15%, paste on the laptop screen, duplicate, paste on
the blackboard.

Resize element 60 to 20%, paste on the left by the clipboard.
Resize element 41 to 20%, paste on the blackboard on the right, duplicate,
mirror, place on the left.

Resize element 119 to 50%, paste behind the trash can on the right.
Resize element 51 to 35%, paste below the books at the bottom.
Resize element 27 to 30%, paste on the chalkboard on the right.
Resize element 96 to 40%, paste on the right behind the globe.
Resize element 121 to 45%, paste on the right in front of the globe.
Resize element 71 to 10%, place on the laptop.
Resize element 116 to 12%, paste on the books.
Resize element 115 to 15%, paste on the books below the tube layer.
Resize element 52, 53 and 54 to 5%, place where you like them.
Resize element 102 to 65%, paste behind the chair on the left.

Add any other elements you would like to add.
Always readjust elements on your tag until you are happy with the way it looks.
If you are going to animate, merge with a white background.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Animation
Copy and paste your tag in animation, make 15 layers, same as the animation.
Click on the first frame of the animation, go to Edit, select all, copy.
Then go to your tag, first frame click, then go to Edit, select all, paste
into selections and place on the laptop, then click.
Test to see if you are happy with it before saving.

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Select your mask, select all, float, defloat, mirror your close up tube,
paste, invert, delete, select none, change the blend mode to Screen.
Apply the xero filter-Porcelain to the tube.

Paste element 109 in the center.
Resize element 60 to 50%, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror.

Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste on the left.

Paste element 9 below the column on the left.

Resize element 8 to 35%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 7 to 30%, paste by the bottle.

Resize element 26 to 95%, paste below the tube on the mask,
 on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 34 to 60%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, duplicate, mirror,
erase the large leaf on both.

Resize element 33 to 25%, paste on the upper left under the vine, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate, flip, move to the top where you like, duplicate again, mirror.

Resize element 36 to 40%, paste at the top in the center above the vines.
Resize element 2 to 50%, paste to the left of the tube and behind it,
duplicate, mirror, adjust on the right above the column.

Paste element 11 on the left on the column, erase any part showing to the right,
duplicate, mirror, erase any part showing inside.

Paste element 83 on the left below the flowers, erase the part showing inside,
duplicate, mirror, move out more to the right below the flowers.
Resize element 72 to 30%, paste on the vase on the right, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate the one on the left, resize to 50%, move to the right and up on the fountain
behind the column.
Resize element 85 to 60%, paste under the grapes on the vase on the left, duplicate,
mirror, erase any of the stem you don't want showing.
Resize element 62 to 30%, take your free hand tool, draw around one, copy
and paste at the top on your tag, duplicate, mirror, move down
just a little.

Resize element 55 to 60%, draw around one, cope and paste on the right by
the vase under the grape layer.
Resize element 37 to 25%, paste behind the tube at the bottom by the vase, duplicate,
move to the other side of the tube by her feet above the wine bottle.
Resize element 56 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the bottle and glass.

Add any other elements you would like to add.
Always readjust elements on your tag until you are happy with the way it looks.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on the flower on the right, duplicate,
mirror, move to the flowers on the lower left.

Resize element 71 to 75%, paste on the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 17 to 50%, paste under the flower on the right.

Resize element 60 to 45%, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees, paste on the
left below the tube layer.
Resize element 62 to 40%, paste below the flowers at the bottom on the right.
Resize element 43 to 30%, paste on the right below the flowers.

Paste element 73 at the top on the frame, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees.
Resize element 36 to 70%, paste on the left above the vine leaves, duplicate, mirror,
adjust the vines up a bit to show more.

Resize element 30 to 10%, paste on the flower where you like, duplicate a
few times, mirroring one or two and place in different places.
Paste element 40 below the tube layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 103 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer,
duplicate, move over a bit.
Paste element 51 on the mask layer, mirror, move to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 58 to 30%, paste on the left below the flowers.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

paper 5, invert, delete, move below the frame, select none.
Paste element 15 on top of the frame.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste below the frame, duplicate, move above
the frames, erase any part over and under the frame you don't want.
Resize element 28 to 55%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, paste
on the mask layer, duplicate, being on the bottom one, apply the
xero filter-Lineart with these settings
Overtone 5,
Check drawing
Line intensity 2
Clour checked
Then resize it larger to 103%.

Resize element 21 to 60%, paste on the left.
Resize element 30 to 40%, paste on the right, erase a little of the circle top to
make it look like it is hanging, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 20 on the mask layer at the bottom, duplicate, flip.
Resize element 29 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move below the pumpkin
and to the left more, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 42 at the bottom above the pumpkin layer.
Resize element 57 to 50%, paste on the left.

Resize element 37 to 50%, paste on the left below the orange leaf layer, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 17 to 40%, paste on the right being on the top layer.

Resize element 70 to 50%, paste below the leaves layers on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, move back to the center.
Resize element 1 to 40%, paste at the bottom in the center, below the
pumpkin with the cat.
Go back to the mushroom, duplicate, mirror, resize to 70%, place by the
basket below the cat pumpkin.

Take your free hand tool on element 117, draw around the one on the left, delete,
then paste the one on the right side between the frames, free rotate to the left
at 20 degrees, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 26 to 75%, paste at the upper right above the brown leaf layer, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 53 to 35%, mirror, place on the large mushroom.
Paste element 43 at the bottom just above the mask layer, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the left in front of the carriage.

Resize element 61 to 65%, paste below the steps on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move below the brick layer.
Resize element 71 to 60%, paste on the right below the carriage.
Resize element 40 to 45%, paste on the left by the tube.

Resize element 19 to 20%, paste to the right of the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 44 to 35%, paste to the right of the glass.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste at the bottom of the tube.

Resize element 31 to 35%, paste at the bottom in front of the flowers.
Resize element 2 to 20%, paste at the bottom between the glass and bottle.
Resize element 37 to 25%, mirror, paste on top of the carriage.
Resize element 55 to 30%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, move down and
over just a bit.
Resize element 35 to 20%, paste behind the tube on the left, duplicate, move to the
right more.
Resize element 59 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the bottle.
Paste element 63 below the carriage layer.
Resize element 73 to 20%, paste in the mouth of the crow on the carriage, erase the
circle part on the mouth.
Resize element 84 to 20%, paste at the bottom on the book.
Resize element 32 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the crow.
Resize element 38 to 45%, paste on the right above the carriage behind
the crow.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.

Let's get started

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize your mask a
little larger to 110%.

Resize your tube to 28%, paste on the right.

Go back to the original tube, mirror, resize to 50%, paste on the mask layer,
adjust to your liking, refer to my tag. Click on the mask layer,
select all, float, defloat, invert, being on the tube, delete, select none,
change the blend mode to hard light, merge down.

Resize element 18 to 90%, paste under the tube, duplicate, mirror, duplicate
once more move to the center and under the other two.

Mirror element 58,  resize to 90%, paste on the left side,
watch where the outer branches goes.
Resize element 32 to 35%, paste behind the pumpkin about center.
Resize element 35 to 40%, paste behind the tube on the right, duplicate,
move to the left behind the tree and web.

Paste element 31 on the tube on the mask, enlarge to fix to your liking.
Resize element 21 to 20%, paste on the tree on the left.
Resize element 22 to 20%, paste by the other leaf or where you like.
Resize element 65 to 20%, paste by the tube at the right more.
Resize element 57 to 20%, duplicate two or three times, place where you like.
Resize element 25 to 55%, paste behind the tree on the left.
Resize element 39 to 50%, paste behind the mushrooms on the right.
Resize element 55 to 20%, paste on the left between the leaves.
Resize element 37 to 30%, paste in front of the broom.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Don't merge just yet if you want to do the Signature and Avator.

Signature
Open a new image 600 x 200
Paste paper 2, then paste your mask layer from your tag,
Paste your tube, resize to 65% and place on the right.
Paste the pumpkin that is behind the tube and paste behind the tube on
the signature.
Paste the tree on the left, resize to 75%, duplicate move to the right and
below the grass layers.
Paste the grass layer at the bottom below all the elements, duplicate, mirror.
Paste the small pumpkin behind the other pumpkin and between the grasses.
Paste the cobweb on the mask layer with the tube.
Paste the mushroom behind the tube on the right, duplicate, move to the left,
in front of the tree, resize to 75%.
Merge visible, add a frame of choice.
I used AAA Frame-Foto Frame
Width on 3, color used was the Transparent Orange in the drop down list,
change the opacity to 75%.
Add your copyright and name.

Avator
Size you prefer, mine is 200 x 200
Go to your tag close off the tube, copy merged, paste, resize to 55%, adjust
how you like, then go back and open your tube, paste, resize to 55%, paste
on the right, merge visible, add the same frame.
Add your name and copyright.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

Resize the Black Wolf to 30%, paste on the left above the tube layer.

Resize element 29 to 70%, paste behind the frame on the right and up.
Resize element 54 to 70%, paste behind the tube, mirror, move back more to
the right.
Resize element 76 to 30%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 86 to 23%, paste below the book that is in front of the tube.
Resize element 27 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the left by her leg.
Resize element 2 to 20%, mirror, paste below the book to the right of it.

Resize element 77 to 50%, paste on the right below the pumpkin layer.
Paste element 19 at the bottom on the mask layer, adjust everything to fit better.
Resize element 82 to 15%, being on the top layer again, paste at the bottom
in front of the books how you like.
Resize element 85 to 25%, place by the other bottle.

Resize element 43 to 25%, paste on the right behind the pumpkin layer.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste behind the Wolf on the right at the bottom.
Resize element 93 to 35%, paste on the left behind the leaves  layer, adjust,
duplicate, resize to 75%, move over to the left a little.

Resize element 20 to 40%, paste below the tube at the upper right.
Resize element 63 to 50%, paste below the mushroom layers on the left,
duplicate, mirror, move back and below the first branch and up on the frame more,
duplicate one and move to the right behind the sign layer.
Resize element 6 to 15%, paste on the branches on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
