This tut was written August 13th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Verymany.

Font of choice,  I used  PW Gothic Style

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Add a new layer, select all, paste paper 17 into selections, select none, apply
your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 73 to 75%, place under the tube, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize element 88 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the tube, duplicate,
move over, erase the tombstone.
Apply the Xero filter-Bad Dream to the tube.

Resize element 100 to 70%, paste below the tombstone layer, click inside
with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 11, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your close up to 65%, mirror, paste, delete, select none, move both
below the frame layer.

Resize element 4 to 60%, paste above the tombstone layer at the bottom, duplicate,
move behind the tombstone and to the left so the grass shows,
duplicate again, mirror, behind the pumpkin, move down so
the grass shows a little at the bottom.

Resize element 92 to 25%, paste on the right at the bottom behind the tube.
Resize element 93 to 20%, place in front of the tube where you like.
Resize element 17 to 15%, paste on the left of the bottle.
Resize element 91 to 45%, paste on the right below the pumpkin.

Resize element 21 to 45%,, paste behind the tombstone.
Resize element 23 to 65%, paste on the right on the mask layer.
Resize element 29 to 75%, paste on the right on the house layer.
Resize element 85 to 20%, paste on the right of the bottle.

Resize element 7 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the leg of the tube,
duplicate move behind the tube about center.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste in front of the tombstone, hit the bottom of
it with your erasing tool a few times to blend in with the grass.

Resize element 14 to 25%, paste on the left behind the tombstone.
Resize element 12 to 25%, paste on the frame layer on the left, duplicate, move over
a bit more to the left, duplicate again and more left, duplicate once more,
move to the right behind the pumpkin.
Resize element 95 to 25%, paste below the witch at the bottom, duplicate, mirror,
erase the stem.
Resize element 94 to 25%, paste on the leg of the tube, duplicate,
move below the tube.
Resize element 97 to 75%, paste below the mask layer on the left.
Resize element 42 to 80%, paste being on the top layer.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
