This tut was written August 16th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I Herrfoch Gradient
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 69, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, click inside with
your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 10, invert, delete, keep selected,
mirror your tube, paste, delete, then paste element 84, delete, select none.
Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen. Apply the xero filter-Radiance, then
Screen Works-Light Gauze, merge down.
Paste element 98 on the mask layer at the top, duplicate, move down.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right of the frame.
Paste element 26 behind the tube on the right, move up, duplicate, move down
more, duplicate again, move down, erasing any stems showing at the bottom.
Duplicate the two bottom ones, mirror both.
Resize element 2 to 35%, mirror, place behind the tube at the bottom.
Paste element 91 on the frame on the left bottom, erase the stem part to the
edge of the frame and the right side of the leaves, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 89 to 60%, paste at the bottom above the leaves layers.
Paste element 48 below the leaves layer, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees,
move to the left, erase the stem and the right part, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 60%, paste below the flower that is in the center.
Resize element 4 to 50%, place on the bottle, duplicate, move to the
top of the frame.
Resize element 19 to 60%, paste by the first bottle.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste on the second bottle.
Resize element 5 to 60%, paste below both bottle to the left.
Resize element 99 to 60%, mirror, paste at the bottom of the tube to cover
the straight edge.
Resize element 24 to 35%, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees, paste at the
bottom by the bottles.
Resize element 18 to 45%, paste on the left under the bottles.
Resize element 88 to 30%, duplicate, merge down, apply a fat black gradient glow,
paste at the upper left.
Resize element 50 to 30%, apply the same gradient, paste below the
Wicked word how you like.
Resize element 36 to 50%, paste on the wordart at the upper left, erase any
parts on the face of the tube, duplicate, mirror, flip, move below the cat, adjust
on the tube how you like.
Resize element 14 to 35%, paste on the left below the leaves.
Paste element 74 on the left being on the top layer, adjust to your liking.
Resize element 1 to 30%, place under the foot of the cat, duplicate, move
to the right and behind the skull, duplicate again, mirror, move below the
bottles on the left.
Resize element 57 to 30%, paste on the left.
Resize element 70 to 30%, paste on the left below the sparkles.
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 69, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, click inside with
your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 10, invert, delete, keep selected,
mirror your tube, paste, delete, then paste element 84, delete, select none.
Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen. Apply the xero filter-Radiance, then
Screen Works-Light Gauze, merge down.
Paste element 98 on the mask layer at the top, duplicate, move down.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right of the frame.
Paste element 26 behind the tube on the right, move up, duplicate, move down
more, duplicate again, move down, erasing any stems showing at the bottom.
Duplicate the two bottom ones, mirror both.
Resize element 2 to 35%, mirror, place behind the tube at the bottom.
Paste element 91 on the frame on the left bottom, erase the stem part to the
edge of the frame and the right side of the leaves, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 89 to 60%, paste at the bottom above the leaves layers.
Paste element 48 below the leaves layer, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees,
move to the left, erase the stem and the right part, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 60%, paste below the flower that is in the center.
Resize element 4 to 50%, place on the bottle, duplicate, move to the
top of the frame.
Resize element 19 to 60%, paste by the first bottle.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste on the second bottle.
Resize element 5 to 60%, paste below both bottle to the left.
Resize element 99 to 60%, mirror, paste at the bottom of the tube to cover
the straight edge.
Resize element 24 to 35%, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees, paste at the
bottom by the bottles.
Resize element 18 to 45%, paste on the left under the bottles.
Resize element 88 to 30%, duplicate, merge down, apply a fat black gradient glow,

Resize element 50 to 30%, apply the same gradient, paste below the
Wicked word how you like.
Resize element 36 to 50%, paste on the wordart at the upper left, erase any
parts on the face of the tube, duplicate, mirror, flip, move below the cat, adjust
on the tube how you like.
Resize element 14 to 35%, paste on the left below the leaves.
Paste element 74 on the left being on the top layer, adjust to your liking.
Resize element 1 to 30%, place under the foot of the cat, duplicate, move
to the right and behind the skull, duplicate again, mirror, move below the
bottles on the left.
Resize element 57 to 30%, paste on the left.
Resize element 70 to 30%, paste on the left below the sparkles.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
That's it
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
