This tut was written August 14th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I used Moonlights on the Beach
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 2, resize your mask to 150%, apply, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste more toward the bottom.
Paste element 71 under your tube to one side, duplicate, mirror, duplicate
a couple more times, move down.
Paste element 20 on the grass, duplicate, mirror, let the grass show a
little on each side and edge in front.
Resize element 48 to 80%, paste behind the tube to make it look like she
is sitting on the car.
Paste element 64 below the grass layers on the left behind the car.
Paste element 46 below the tower where you like.
Resize element 82 to 50%, paste on the left above the tube layer.
Paste element 4 above the gold tree and to the right more.
Resize element 6 to 40%, paste in front of the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 2 to 40%, paste on the left of the suitcase.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste below the violin on the right.
Resize element 41 to 30%, paste below the grass layers of the brick walk on the right,
duplicate a few times and move back each one to line the brick path, duplicate
one, mirror, move below the car layer, duplicate that one, move below the tower.
Resize element 79 to 30%, paste on the right below the grass layers arrange between
the lights, duplicate one, mirror, adjust behind the car by the lights on the left.
Resize element 88 to 85%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, place on the left behind
the tower.
Resize element 62 to 50%, mirror, place on the brick walk at the lower right.
Resize element 68 to 50%, paste on the right below the flowers and lights,
duplicate, move both how you like, duplicate one, move to the left below the lights.
Resize element 27 to 30%, paste on the right below the fan.
Resize element 55 to 40%, paste at the lower left by the tag that says Paris on it.
Resize element 25 to 50%, paste on the right behind the tree.
Paste element 65 on the right below the fence.
Resize element 69 to 25%, mirror, place in the brown tree at the upper right.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 2, resize your mask to 150%, apply, delete, merge group.

Paste element 65 on the right below the fence.
Resize element 69 to 25%, mirror, place in the brown tree at the upper right.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
That's it
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
