et's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800x800, paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste the backdrop, resize larger to 110% and move up and to the left a bit.
Paste frame one below the backdrop on the right and down.
I chose not to add a paper, but feel free if you like.
Paste frame 4 above the backdrop layer, I let the backdrop act as the paper
for this frame.
Paste your tube on the frame, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize,
both numbers on 0.
Paste rose element 102 on the right.
Resize the wordart to 90%, paste at the bottom.
Paste the violin on the left to cover up the straight edge of the tube and below
the wordart.
Paste the flower cluster below the wordart at the bottom.
Paste the Doodle on the left on the mask layer, duplicate, mirror, adjust, erase the
heart if it shows at the top.
Resize the envelope to 50%, place behind the large rose on the right.
Resize heart 102 to 65%, place behind the envelope and down some.
Resize flower element 101 to 55%, paste below the envelope and up a bit so just
a little of it is showing to the left.

Add any other elements that you would like.
If you are going to Animate, merge with a white background.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might have used.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges, merge visible.
Resize first, add your copyright and name.
Copy and paste your tag in animation, make 21 layers, same as the animation.
Click on the first frame of the animation, go to Edit, select all, copy.
Then go to your tag, first frame click, then go to Edit, select all, paste
into selections and place where you like then click.
Test to see if you are happy with it before saving.
That's it
