This tut was written August 14th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I used Pamega
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 30 to 80%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 4, invert, delete, keep selected, mirror your tube, paste,
delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the right side of the frame.
Resize element 27 to 50%, paste on the left of the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 55 to 45%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 11 to 75%, paste below the purse, wallet and briefcase.
Resize element 65 to 45%, paste below the cat and cover the edge of the leg
of the tube.
Mirror element 21, paste on the right below the paper layer of the frame,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 25 to 45%, paste at the bottom if front of the purse etc.
Resize element 4 to 45%, paste on the left below the purse.
Resize element 15 to 35%, paste on the frame at the upper left, duplicate, move
down to the lower right corner of the frame and just have a little
showing past the tube.
Resize element 10 to 20%, paste by the champagne glass.
Resize element 43 to 55%, paste behind the phone on the left.
Resize element 51 to 50%, paste at the top.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste below the telephone on the left.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 30 to 80%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 4, invert, delete, keep selected, mirror your tube, paste,
delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the right side of the frame.
Resize element 27 to 50%, paste on the left of the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 55 to 45%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 11 to 75%, paste below the purse, wallet and briefcase.
Resize element 65 to 45%, paste below the cat and cover the edge of the leg
of the tube.
Mirror element 21, paste on the right below the paper layer of the frame,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 25 to 45%, paste at the bottom if front of the purse etc.
Resize element 4 to 45%, paste on the left below the purse.
Resize element 15 to 35%, paste on the frame at the upper left, duplicate, move
down to the lower right corner of the frame and just have a little
showing past the tube.
Resize element 10 to 20%, paste by the champagne glass.
Resize element 43 to 55%, paste behind the phone on the left.
Resize element 51 to 50%, paste at the top.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste below the telephone on the left.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
That's it
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
