PTU Mermaid Delight

This tut was written July 22nd, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Ishika Chowdhury.

Tube is called Nix, she is a beautiful Mermaid.
This tube comes in 7 different colors for you to choose from.

Font of choice, I used ??

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 7, resize smaller to 80%, apply your
mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 86 in the middle on the mask.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste above the arch and move down.

Paste element 69 under the arch and tube, move up more, duplicate, move down
more.
Paste element 65 under the tube on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 93 to 50%, paste under the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 80 on the mask layer and move the bottom part below
the water layer.
Paste element 33 on the mask layer on the left, erase the bottom part showing
outside the water, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 37 on the column, duplicate, mirror and move above the other column.
Resize element 70 to 40%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 8 to 30%, paste on the right on the plant rocks.
Resize element 27 to 25%, paste on the sand on the left.
Resize element 12 to 40%, paste below the plant on the left.
Resize element 48 to 40%, duplicate two more times and place below the
mermaid on each side and one in the center.

Resize element 23 to 25%, paste on the right bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 67 to 30%, paste on the sand where you like, duplicate once and
move to the other side where you like.
Resize element 90 to 35%, paste below the small shells on the left, duplicate,
mirror, move below the octopus on the right.

Paste element 19 below the arch, erase any on the outside you do not want.
Resize element 94 to 30%, paste below the cup.
Resize element 51 to 20%, paste above the rock that is behind the tube.

Paste element 44 below the tube at the top, duplicate, move above the tube and

down to the bottom more.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize.
Add your copyrights and name.

Supplies Needed

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800x800, paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 32 off to the right just a bit, resize to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 2, invert, delete, mirror your tube first, paste, move to the
right more, select none.

Duplicate the frame, free rotate to the right at 30 degrees, duplicate the frame paper and rotate the same.

Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend
mode to Screen, then apply the Xero filter-Soft Mood, then apply Graphic Plus-Pool Shadow with these numbers
60, 60, 45, 60, 50, 50, 128, 128
Then apply Screen Works-Light Gauze

Resize element 42 to 50%, apply Muri Meister Copies-Encircle, change the
first number to 18, move below the frame papers.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the left side.

Resize element 36 to 90%, paste below the tube on the left.
Resize element 57 to 40%, paste on the right of the tube and below the tube layer.
Resize element 48 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 52 to 25%, paste on the right.
Resize element 45 to 30%, paste above the tube layer on the left.
Resize element 33 to 30%, paste on the right below the tins.
Paste element 55 below the passport layer.
Resize element 31 to 35%, paste below the luggage on the left, duplicate, mirror,
moving this one below the ribbon.
Resize element 38 to 25%, duplicate, paste both more on the right side, below some
of the other layers.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
