Font of choice I used Remachine Script
Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste mask 1, adjust to fit your tag.
Paste element 36.
Paste 39 below the house on the right.
Resize tube 2 to 20%, paste above the house at the bottom.
Resize 32 and 91 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize 123 to 30%, paste at the bottom right below the tube,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste 34 above the mask layer on the upper left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize 30 to 25%, paste at the bottom left.
Resize 40 to 30%, paste below the jar on the bottom left, duplicate,
mirror, move below the shells with the water.
Resize 109 to 50%, paste on the right above the house, below
the flowers, duplicate, move to the left below the house.
Resize 129 to 28%, mirror, paste on the bottom right.
Resize 54 and 62 to 20%, paste on the steps of the house.
Resize 45 to 30%, paste on the bottom left.
Resize 20 to 30%, paste at the top above the house.
Resize 9 to 15%, paste at the bottom left by the shoes.
Resize 75 to 40%, paste at the bottom right, move the dog and the
pelican above the boy.
Resize 24 to 30%, paste on the right on the palm tree.
Add any other elements you would like, resize.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
