Drop shadow is V-1 H-10, Color Black at 40 or use what you prefer. 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800. paste paper 10, apply your mask.

Resize element 3 to 75%, paste to the top.

Paste element 67 below the house and down.

Resize element 58 to 40%, paste on the right above the house, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize element 42 to 85%, paste at the top behind the house.

Paste element 19 on the right above the mask, duplicate, mirror, move up 

a little more.

Resize element 13 to 40%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 40 to 35%, paste at the bottom left below the girl.

Resize element 8 to 20%, paste at the bottom left above the girl.

Resize element 16 to 25%, paste above the fence at the bottom right.

Resize element 32 to 40%, paste behind the fence on the left.

Resize element 35 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the ducks.

Resize element 43 to 25%, paste below the fence layer.

Resize element 36 to 25%, paste on the left behind the girls, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 61 to 35%, mirror, paste behind the girl.

Resize element 15 to 20%, paste on the right below the fence.

Resize element 10 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 55 to 15%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 1 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 30 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 29 to 15%, paste at the bottom left.

Paste element 64 at the top on the house.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.

Resize element 1 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the book.

Resize element 25 to 60%, mirror, paste at the bottom left behind the tube.

Resize element 41 to 25%, paste at the bottom right above the book.

Resize element 43 to 25%, paste at the bottom right behind the boots, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize element 33 to 25%, paste on the bottom left.

Resize element 26 to 40%, erase the circle part off, paste on the fence on the left,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 23 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 7 to 20%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 2 to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 21 to 13%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 12 to 10%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 20 to 50%, paste behind the tube, duplicate, move up more.

Resize element 42 to 13%, paste on the left above the bicycle.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
