This tut was written April 30th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of ©Laguna

Font of choice I used Brush Script

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, Black or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, select all, new layer, paste paper 4 into selection,

apply your mask.

Resize frame 3 to 60%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, clicking in

all the little openings on the frame as well, expand by 5,

paste paper 1 how you like for the colors, invert, delete, select none.

Resize element 23 to 55%, paste below the paper layer on the right, duplicate,

mirror, merge down.

Resize element 13 to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the first

3 numbers to 30, 67, 63, move below the flower circle.

Resize element 51 to 55%, paste below the flowers, pull out the sides a little 

with your Pick tool.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste below the frame, duplicate, move above the 

frame, erase the bottom part outside the frame.

Resize elements 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13 to 15%, paste at the bottom how you like,

duplicate some of them.

Resize element 28 to 75%, paste below the top flower, duplicate, mirror, move 

over and down more.

Resize element 31 to 70%, flip paste at the bottom behind the flowers.

Resize element 15 to 20%, mirror, paste at the upper right below the tube.

Resize element 73 to 10%, mirror, paste on the birdhouse, erase the flowers,

duplicate, move to the top of the house.

Resize element 3 to 10%, paste at the bottom left on the green vine,

duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.

Drop shadow as you go is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 14, apply your mask, delete, 

merge group, duplicate, merge down.

Resize the Tiki Hut to 85%, paste on the right.

Resize Leaf 2 to 35%, mirror, paste behind the hut on the right.

Resize Tree 3 to 85%, paste above the mask on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize Tree 1 to 75%, paste on the left above the hut.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste above the tree 1.

Resize bottle 2 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize flower 2 to 15%, paste below the bottle layer to the right.

Resize drink 1 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Resize cupcake 1 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the bottle and drink.

Resize flower 3 to 17%, paste at the bottom.

Resize Leaf 1 to 35%, paste behind the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize the guitar to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize the box to 30%, paste on the right at the bottom above the Tiki Bar.

Resize the coconut to 15%, paste at the bottom by the box.

Resize flower 6 to 30%, paste behind the box.

Resize element 7 and 13 to 10%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize chair 1 to 50%, mirror, paste on the left behind the plant that is

behind the tube.

Resize the dog to 30%, paste above the guitar.

Resize bird 3 to 20%, paste on the Tiki Bar.

Resize cluster 1 to 15%, paste on the post of the Tiki Bar.

Resize leaf 5 to 20%, mirror, paste on the left above the chair.

Resize bottles 3 and 4 to 20%, paste at the lower left below the dog layer.

Resize flower 4 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the bottles.

Resize drink 4 to 15%, paste on the right on the box, duplicate, move in front

of the dog.

Resize flower 12 to 50%, paste on the mask layer at the top, duplicate, mirror,

move back by the first one, duplicate again, move down on the left so just 

a little of the color shows. 

Duplicate a couple more times, move where you like.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 3, apply your mask.

Resize frame 5, to 40%, free rotate to the right at 45, paste, click inside

with the magic wand, expand by 5, resize paper 12 to 20%, paste, invert,

delete, select none.

Resize your tube to 65%, paste at the bottom above the frame.

Resize element 145 to 40%, paste behind the tube, duplicate, mirror, duplicate 

again, mirror, move to the top of the frame, erasing and of the parts 

below the tube at the bottom.

Paste your tube in the frame, duplicate twice, move one to each side how you 

like, being on the frame now, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5, 

invert, delete each tube, select, none, merge the tubes together.

Duplicate the tubes, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 5, change the 

blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer, merge down.

Resize element 18 to 30%, paste on the left behind the tube.

Resize element 148 to 50%, paste on the left above the mask, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 146 to 50%, paste on the left above the tree, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 45 to 17%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 41 to 13%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 5 to 15%, paste between the cup and coffee pot.

Resize element 107 to 25%, paste on the bottom left above the tube.

Resize element 8 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the flower.

Resize element 26 to 15%, paste below the coffee pot and cup.

Resize element 28 to 17%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize element 30 to 14%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 31 and 32 to 15%, paste on the lower right above the tube.

Resize element 112 to 25%, paste on the right.

Resize element 3 to 25%, paste on the right below the cupcakes.

Resize element 1 to 10%, paste at the upper right.

Resize element 46 to 13%, paste at the bottom right, duplicate, move over 

a little.

Resize element 66 to 20%, paste on the right behind the fox.

Being on the top layer now, resize element 152 to 75%, paste on the left, erase

the parts on the face, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements that you like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

You might have to try this a couple of times to get the tube how you like.

Resize your tube to 45%, mirror, paste on the left.

Resize element 11 to 35%, paste above the tube.

Resize element 6  to 30%, paste on the left by the lamp.

Resize element 3 to 30%, paste on the left behind the shoes, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 2 to 40%, paste to the right, click on the mirror with your 

magic wand, resize your tube to 25%. paste in the mirror, invert, delete, select

none, change the blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer.

Resize element 17 to 40%, paste on the left behind the tube.

Resize element 44 to 25%, paste on the left.

Resize element 8 to 25%, paste at the bottom left above the shoes.

Resize element 22 to 40%, paste behind the tube to the right.

Resize element 28 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the mirror.

Resize element 74 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the mirror, duplicate, 

move up on the right on the books, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
