This tut was written April 4th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Font of choice, I used Weather Sunday

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, Black or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge

group.

Paste tree 1, erase the trunk at the bottom.

Resize frame 19 to 50%, paste at the upper left, duplicate, move down on 

the right.

Paste the fence in the top frame below the tree, erase the part outside the frame,

duplicate, move to the bottom right frame above the tree layer.

Resize the birdhouse to 35%, mirror, paste on the upper right.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste above the frames about center.

Resize flower 2 to 40%, paste on the top of the right frame, duplicate, move to 

the bottom of the left frame.

Resize cluster 1 to 55%, paste at the lower right behind the tube.

Resize the bike to 55%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the tube.

Resize the cat to 30%, paste at the bottom above the bike.

Resize leaf 3 to 40%, paste at the bottom behind the cat, duplicate, mirror,

move behind the tube.

Resize rocks to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate, move to 

the right and below the leaf vine, duplicate again, move to the left behind the 

bike.

Resize the bottle to 20%, paste at the bottom below the rocks.

Resize flower 26 to 25%, paste in the top frame, duplicate, move to the bottom

right frame.

Resize grass 1 to 25%, duplicate 2 more times and paste at the bottom where you like.

Resize the bird to 15%, paste on the right on the flowers, duplicate, 

mirror, move on the top frame where you like.

Resize the dog to 30%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.

Resize flower 35 to 40%, paste on the frame at the top left, duplicate, move

down to the bottom right frame.

Resize flower 4 to 25%, paste on the top of the left frame.

Resize the wordart to 40%, paste on the right.

Paste Deco 3 on the mask layer to the left, erase the big circle at the top and bottom,

duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
