This tut was written April 9th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the awesome artwork of ©Verymany

Tube is Steampunk 102

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Mask of Choice, I used Miz Teeque's Mask 261 HERE

Font of choice, I used Authentic Photograph

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, Black or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge

group, duplicate, mirror.

Resize frame 7 to 90%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand by

5, paste paper of choice, I used paper 8, invert, delete, keep selected, 

resize your tube to 75%, paste to the right, delete, select none.

Resize your tube to 35%, paste above the frame.

Resize flower 15 from the AI folder to 90%, paste on the left behind the tube.

Resize the window to 50%, paste on the upper left above the mask.

Resize flower 10 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize Gear 1 to 85%, paste on the right on the mask layer, duplicate, mirror.

Paste flower 31 above the gears behind the tube at the top, duplicate, resize smaller

to 85%, move to the bottom left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize the hydrant to 25%, paste at the bottom below the dog.

Resize the bike to 65%, mirror, paste to the right behind the tube.

Resize the dog to 25%, paste at the bottom above the bike.

Resize the book to 25%, paste at the bottom below the dog.

Resize the globe to 35%, paste on the left below the books.

Resize flower 1 to 30%, paste on the right below the bike.

Resize the binoculars to 20%, paste at the bottom by the book.

Paste the wordart where you like, change the color to one you like, add a fat

white gradient glow, lower the opacity to around 75%.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
