This tut was written August 6th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is called Pearle

Font of Choice, I used Moonlights on the Beach
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 50 on the mask, duplicate, mirror, move up just a bit.
Paste element 89, then paste element 61 on top of that one.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 4,
invert, delete, select none.
Paste element 25 on the paper layer in the frame.
Resize element 33 to 70%, paste on the paper layer.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste in the center.
Paste element 18 under your tube layer, duplicate, two more times,
arrange how you like.
Resize element 22 to 45%, paste behind the tube on the sand on the left, duplicate,
move to the center more behind the tube.
Resize element 6 to 65%, paste on the right on the sand above the tube layer.
Resize element 13 to 50%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 51 to 75%, paste behind the tube more to the left.
Resize element 15 to 50%, place on the sand in front of the tube.
Resize element 36 to 50%, place on the left, duplicate, mirror, move behind the chest.
Resize element 69 to 30%, place on the sand on the left.
Resize element 1 to 30%, paste by the chest, duplicate, mirror, move back by
the chest and bottom of tube.
Resize element 31 to 75%, paste behind the tube below the rock layers on the right.
Resize element 30 to 50%, paste on the left behind the rocks.
Resize element 26 to 20%, place on the sand by the necklace.
Paste element 44 below the fish on the paper layer of the frame to the left.
Paste element 42 on the top layer at the bottom.
Paste element 58 on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 90 to 30%, mirror, paste at the upper right.
Resize element 13 to 60%, paste on the left below the rocks.
Paste element 19 on the left below the paper layer of the frame, adjust, duplicate,
mirror.
If you want to do the wording like I did, take your Pre Set Shape Tool, and circle, close
off the background color and draw out a circle around the frame, add a new layer,
move your mouse over the circle until you get the letter a with a little scoop under it,
add a new layer, type out what you want, convert to a raster, delete the circle.
Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
