This tut was written August 5th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is called Flowers of Love

Font of Choice, I used Moonlights on the Beach
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 13, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste
paper 2, move so the writing shows more, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 75%, mirror, paste to the left, delete, select none.
Paste element 49 on the frame.
Paste element 37 at the top below the frame, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 35%, place on the frame on the right.
Mirror element 15, paste behind the tube, erase any of the stem showing.
Resize element 60 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 37 to 45%, place on the right at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 3 to 50%, paste by the flower at the bottom.
Resize element 5 to 30%, place behind the pink flower, duplicate, flip, move to the left
a bit.
Resize element 19 to 50%, place below the jar in front of the tube.
Resize element 25 to 75%, place below the tube and down on the right some.
Resize element 22 to 60%, paste below the jar.
Resize element 33 to 50%, mirror, place on the left by the books.
Resize element 61 to 65%, place at the bottom in front of the jars.
Resize element 42 to 50%, place behind the books on the left.
Resize element 21 to 50%, mirror, place below the books on the left.
Resize element 65 to 25%, place at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, place on the books.
Resize element 9 to 30%, place on one of the jars at the bottom.
Resize element 64 to 65%, paste on the left on the pearl frame, duplicate, mirror.
Go back to the butterfly, duplicate, mirror, move up some on the left.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 13, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste
paper 2, move so the writing shows more, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 75%, mirror, paste to the left, delete, select none.
Paste element 49 on the frame.
Paste element 37 at the top below the frame, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 35%, place on the frame on the right.
Mirror element 15, paste behind the tube, erase any of the stem showing.
Resize element 60 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 37 to 45%, place on the right at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 3 to 50%, paste by the flower at the bottom.
Resize element 5 to 30%, place behind the pink flower, duplicate, flip, move to the left
a bit.
Resize element 19 to 50%, place below the jar in front of the tube.
Resize element 25 to 75%, place below the tube and down on the right some.
Resize element 22 to 60%, paste below the jar.
Resize element 33 to 50%, mirror, place on the left by the books.
Resize element 61 to 65%, place at the bottom in front of the jars.
Resize element 42 to 50%, place behind the books on the left.
Resize element 21 to 50%, mirror, place below the books on the left.
Resize element 65 to 25%, place at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, place on the books.
Resize element 9 to 30%, place on one of the jars at the bottom.
Resize element 64 to 65%, paste on the left on the pearl frame, duplicate, mirror.
Go back to the butterfly, duplicate, mirror, move up some on the left.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
That's it
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
