This tut was written Sept 20th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I used give me some sugar
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 15, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 6, invert, delete, then paste your close up, delete, move both
below the frame.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream first then Soft Vignette with these settings,
Elliptical, foreground color on white,
Diagonal dots
1, 1, 1, 255
Resize your tube to 45%, mirror, paste on the left.
Paste element 27, mirror, move behind the tube.
Resize element 32 to 55%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer
covering the straight leg edge.
Resize element 29 to 55%, paste below the paper layer on the right.
Resize element 44 to 50%, paste on the right on the sign board, duplicate,
resize to 65%, paste on the lower sign board.
Resize element 89 to 45%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 74 to 50%, mirror, paste on the right below the owl layer.
Resize element 58 to 85%, paste at the bottom below all the elements and tube,
duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Paste element 107 below the owl at the bottom, duplicate, move below the paper
layer and up on the right, duplicate, mirror, move down behind the
bag of candy.
Resize element 85 to 20%, paste on the right at the bottom being on the top layer,
duplicate, mirror, resize to 70%, paste on the mushroom at the upper left.
Paste element 26 on the mask layer on the left. duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 15, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 6, invert, delete, then paste your close up, delete, move both
below the frame.

Resize element 58 to 85%, paste at the bottom below all the elements and tube,
duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Paste element 107 below the owl at the bottom, duplicate, move below the paper
layer and up on the right, duplicate, mirror, move down behind the
bag of candy.
Resize element 85 to 20%, paste on the right at the bottom being on the top layer,
duplicate, mirror, resize to 70%, paste on the mushroom at the upper left.
Paste element 26 on the mask layer on the left. duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
That's it
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
