Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask 0035, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 1, apply mask 0016, delete, merge group, now take your Pick
tool, hold the shift key, drag the top square down on one side, then the other
until as flat as you like move to the bottom.
Resize your tube to 18%, paste a little off center.
Paste element 69, mirror, move to the left below the tube, apply mask 0016
to the tree, delete, merge group.
Resize element 71 to 55%, paste at the upper right.
Resize element 70 larger to 110%, paste below the tube and move down.
Resize element 51 to 50%, paste below the tube to the left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate
again, resize to 50%, move down lower, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left.
Move the fence up higher now.
Paste element 98 at the bottom below the tube layer by her feet, duplicate, move
to the right below the small greenery.
Resize element 88 to 20%, paste on the stump on the right below the small grass layer, duplicate, resize smaller to 75%, move to the left on the grass.
Resize element 68 to 50%, paste below the stump on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 5 to 25%, paste below these flowers, duplicate a few times and
move where you like, mirroring some.
Paste element 63 on the mask on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 4 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 7 to 10%, paste on the grass at the lower left, duplicate, move over
by the basket.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste below the grass on the left so just a little of it shows,
duplicate, move behind the frog.
Resize element 52 to 15%, paste on the red flower on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move to the lower right on the red flower by the basket.
Resize element 83 to 15%, mirror, paste on the right where you like being on
the top layer.
Resize element 62 to 50%, paste above the tree layer on the left, duplicate,
mirror, adjust to your liking.
Resize element 93 to 15%, paste on the yellow flower on the right,
duplicate a couple of times, mirror one or two and place where you like.
Resize element 72 to 10%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate move below
the tube by the foot.
Paste paper 1, apply mask 0016, delete, merge group, now take your Pick
tool, hold the shift key, drag the top square down on one side, then the other
until as flat as you like move to the bottom.
Resize your tube to 18%, paste a little off center.
Paste element 69, mirror, move to the left below the tube, apply mask 0016
to the tree, delete, merge group.
Resize element 71 to 55%, paste at the upper right.
Resize element 70 larger to 110%, paste below the tube and move down.
Resize element 51 to 50%, paste below the tube to the left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate
again, resize to 50%, move down lower, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left.
Move the fence up higher now.
Paste element 98 at the bottom below the tube layer by her feet, duplicate, move
to the right below the small greenery.

Resize element 4 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 7 to 10%, paste on the grass at the lower left, duplicate, move over
by the basket.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste below the grass on the left so just a little of it shows,
duplicate, move behind the frog.
Resize element 52 to 15%, paste on the red flower on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move to the lower right on the red flower by the basket.
Resize element 83 to 15%, mirror, paste on the right where you like being on
the top layer.
Resize element 62 to 50%, paste above the tree layer on the left, duplicate,
mirror, adjust to your liking.
Resize element 93 to 15%, paste on the yellow flower on the right,
duplicate a couple of times, mirror one or two and place where you like.
Resize element 72 to 10%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate move below
the tube by the foot.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
