Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 81 to 95%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 9, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 23 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 20,
move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the left.
Paste element 49 below the tube and toward the right more.
Paste element 64 at the bottom below the tube layer to the right more, duplicate,
move to the left.
Resize element 65 to 50%, paste above the frame layer center, duplicate twice,
mirror one and move to each side.
Resize element 15 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer, duplicate, move
over a little.
Resize element 55 to 65%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 16 to 20%, paste at the bottom on the grass to the left, duplicate
a couple of times and move each more to the right.
Resize element 3 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the foot of the tube.
Resize element 57 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the coins.
Resize element 84 to 85%, paste below the green flower circle layer on the left
and up some, duplicate, move to the right and down a little.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste below the rock that is in the center and behind
the mushroom a little.
Resize element 48 to 15%, mirror, paste at the lower right on the grass.
Resize element 76 to 95%, paste in the frame.
Resize element 12 to 25%, paste on the frame at the top, erase some of the string so
it looks like it is hanging on the frame.
Paste element 43 on the mask layer to the lower left, duplicate, mirror,
adjust on the right how you like, duplicate again, move to the top and to the
left a little.
Resize element 42 to 25%, paste on the hand of the tube.
Resize element 81 to 95%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 9, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 23 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 20,
move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the left.
Paste element 49 below the tube and toward the right more.
Paste element 64 at the bottom below the tube layer to the right more, duplicate,
move to the left.
Resize element 65 to 50%, paste above the frame layer center, duplicate twice,
mirror one and move to each side.
Resize element 15 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer, duplicate, move
over a little.
Resize element 55 to 65%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 16 to 20%, paste at the bottom on the grass to the left, duplicate
a couple of times and move each more to the right.
Resize element 3 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the foot of the tube.
Resize element 57 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the coins.
Resize element 84 to 85%, paste below the green flower circle layer on the left
and up some, duplicate, move to the right and down a little.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste below the rock that is in the center and behind
the mushroom a little.
Resize element 48 to 15%, mirror, paste at the lower right on the grass.
Resize element 76 to 95%, paste in the frame.
Resize element 12 to 25%, paste on the frame at the top, erase some of the string so

Paste element 43 on the mask layer to the lower left, duplicate, mirror,
adjust on the right how you like, duplicate again, move to the top and to the
left a little.
Resize element 42 to 25%, paste on the hand of the tube.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
