This tut was written March 12th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Jose Cano
The tube is "Lush"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 4, into selection, apply your mask,
delete, merge group.
Resize element 157 to 65%, paste to the right a little, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 8, invert, delete, select none, keep selected
and paste your tube, adjust, delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter-Artworx
Resize your tube to 55%, paste on the left above the frame.
Resize element 162 to 20%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 4 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate, move
to the right a little more by the shoe.
Resize element 7 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the flower layers.
Resize element 163 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the flowers.
Resize element 74 to 25%, paste below the hat at the lower right.
Resize element 2 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the tube layer.
Resize element 171 to 20%, paste above the tube at the bottom how you like.
Resize element 117 to 40%, paste on the right behind the camera.
Resize element 5 to 85%, paste on the mask layer to the left.
Resize element 68 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 20, paste above the last layer.
Resize timeless beauty wordart to 20%, paste at the lower left being on
the top layer now.
Resize element 23 to 10%, paste at the bottom above the tea kettle.
Resize element 130 to 20%, paste to the right and below the cup layer.
Resize element 118 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the lower
right below the hat layer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate once more move down below
the wordart.
Resize element 157 to 65%, paste to the right a little, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 8, invert, delete, select none, keep selected
and paste your tube, adjust, delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter-Artworx
Resize your tube to 55%, paste on the left above the frame.
Resize element 162 to 20%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 4 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate, move
to the right a little more by the shoe.
Resize element 7 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the flower layers.
Resize element 163 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the flowers.
Resize element 74 to 25%, paste below the hat at the lower right.
Resize element 2 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the tube layer.
Resize element 171 to 20%, paste above the tube at the bottom how you like.
Resize element 117 to 40%, paste on the right behind the camera.
Resize element 5 to 85%, paste on the mask layer to the left.
Resize element 68 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 20, paste above the last layer.
Resize timeless beauty wordart to 20%, paste at the lower left being on
the top layer now.
Resize element 23 to 10%, paste at the bottom above the tea kettle.
Resize element 130 to 20%, paste to the right and below the cup layer.
Resize element 118 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the lower
right below the hat layer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate once more move down below
the wordart.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Adjust all the elements and resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
