Font of choice,  I used Hippie Movement

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 24 at the bottom to the left, duplicate, move to the right.
Paste element 2 behind the sand elements.
Resize element 11 to 60%, paste on the left below the top sand layer.

Resize your tube to 55%, paste on the sand being on the top layer now.

Select your mask, paste your close up on the right, duplicate, mirror, then being
on the mask layer, select all, float, defloat, invert, delete each close up, select none.
Change the blend mode to Luminance(L) on the right close up.

Resize element 46 to 40%, paste below the sand layer toward the right a little.
Resize element 59 to 12%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.

Resize element 49 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the sand layer.
Resize element 45 to 35%, paste below the greenery behind the tube.
Resize element 3 to 20%, mirror, paste on the lower right on the sand layer by
the dark part of the rock.
Resize element 34 to 25%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.

Resize element 37 to 50%, paste below the mask at the top center, duplicate, move
to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 12 to 40%, paste behind the tube on the sand.
Resize element 81 to 8%, paste on the table.
Resize element 26 to 20%, paste on the table.

Resize element 42 to 35%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste on the leg of
the table like it is spilling over.
Resize element 38 to 15%, paste at the bottom on the table.
Resize element 1 to 10%, paste on the sand behind the tube to the left, duplicate, move
over in front of the van.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements and the mask before merging
to get them like you like. I always use my Pick tool to pull the mask out
more to fit the tag better.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
