I am using the awesome artwork of Yuki
The tube is "Marta" You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
You can find this art at PFD Store HERE
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used Happy Easter
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate the mask,
merge down.
Paste element 92 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the grass layers.
Resize element 29 to 85%, paste behind the tube as if she is leaning against it.
Resize element 50 to 85%, paste on the left above the tube layer.
Resize element 23 to 50%, paste behind the tube, duplicate, mirror, move
behind the ladder and up a little.
Resize element 81 to 40%, paste at the lower right being above the tube layer.
Resize element 43 to 30%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 52 to 15%, mirror, paste at the lower right above the egg plant,
duplicate, resize to 85%, mirror, move by the basket of blue flowers.
Paste element 86 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 21 to 40%, paste below the rabbit layer to the upper left,
duplicate, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 20, move to the mask layer, then resize it larger to 105%.
Resize element 16 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the rabbit, duplicate,
move over below the shoe of the tube, duplicate once more, move over above
the egg with the flower.
Resize element 30 to 40%, paste on the right on the mask layer.
Resize element 25 to 10%, paste behind the flower behind the rabbit, duplicate,
move to the lower step of the ladder below the tube layer.
Duplicate again, move down below the egg with the flower in it at the lower right.
Paste element 6 below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the lower left below the egg, duplicate twice,
move to the right below the chick and move one up higher.
merge down.
Paste element 92 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the grass layers.
Resize element 29 to 85%, paste behind the tube as if she is leaning against it.
Resize element 50 to 85%, paste on the left above the tube layer.
Resize element 23 to 50%, paste behind the tube, duplicate, mirror, move
behind the ladder and up a little.

Duplicate again, move down below the egg with the flower in it at the lower right.
Paste element 6 below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the lower left below the egg, duplicate twice,
move to the right below the chick and move one up higher.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
