This tut was written March 9th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Misticheskaya

The tube is  "Carry" She is an Exclusive tube

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice,  I used Celtic

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new layer 800 x 800

Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 10, into selection, apply your mask, 

delete, merge group. 

Resize element 114 to 50%, paste at the upper left, duplicate, move down to

the lower right. 

Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 15, invert, delete,

select none.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste about center above the frame, then

arrange your frames how you like.

Resize element 5 to 50%, paste below the tube at the lower left, duplicate,

mirror, move to the upper right.

Resize element 45 to 35%, paste above the white flowers at the top right,

duplicate, mirror, move to the lower left.

Resize element 61 to 50%, paste on the frame at the upper left, duplicate, 

mirror, move to the lower right frame.

Resize element 25 to 40%, paste at the lower left behind the tube.

Resize element 29 to 40%, paste on the wagon.

Resize element 55 to 50%, paste at the upper right below the clover and white

flower layers, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the frame on the left below the unicorn.

Resize element 29 to 55%, paste above the paper layer of the lower right frame,

duplicate, move to the upper left frame, move so just some of the waterfall shows,

duplicate, mirror, move below the paper layer of the left frame and down.

Resize element 146 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube on the legs, duplicate,

move to the left by the wagon wheel, duplicate, mirror, move to the

right on the frame.

Resize element 133 to 20%, paste below the clover by the leg of the tube.

Resize element 30 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer to cover the straight 

edge of the legs, duplicate, move over more to the left, duplicate again, mirror.

Resize element 38 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the tube, duplicate, move 

below the unicorn.

Resize element 43 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the small yellow 

flowers twig, then move the small clover above the bottle.

Resize element 128 to 85%, paste at the bottom just above the mask layer.

Resize element 162 to 20%, being on the top layer now, paste at the lower

left, duplicate, move to the upper right, add a gradient glow.

Resize element 104 to 10%, paste on the upper right wordart.

Resize element 102 to 20%, paste at the bottom duplicate a couple of times and move over

each time.

Resize element 60 to 85%, paste below the tube layer.

Add any other elements that you like, make your own.

Adjust all the elements and resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.

Once happy, close off any background you had.

 Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.

Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
