This tut was written January 7th, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Alicia Mujica
The tube is called "Red Velvet 2016"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Bethania
Drop shadow is V-1 H-4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
I always fill with white and delete the white layer at the end.
Paste paper 8 or one of your choice, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Adjust to fit your tag later.
Paste frame 2, resize to 85%, click inside with your magic wand, making
sure to click in the smaller areas also, expand by 4, paste paper 5, invert,
delete, keep selected, resize your tube to 70%, mirror, paste in the
frame to the left, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change
the blend mode to Overlay, merge down.
Apply the xero filter, Porcelain to the paper and tube in the frame.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste above the frame to the right.
Resize the tins to 50%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize the bon bon to 35%, paste on the left behind the tin layer, duplicate,
move over a little more to the center, duplicate, move to the right,
duplicate once more move to the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize the chocolates to 40%, paste at the bottom, duplicate mirror, move
so the ends are touching each other.
Resize the chocolate-tini to 35%, paste at the bottom above the chocolates.
Resize the chocolate covered strawberry to 15%, paste by the glass,
duplicate, move to the left by the bon bon, duplicate, move below the bon bon layer.
Resize Rose 2 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the chocolates, duplicate,
mirror, move to the left below the bon bon, duplicate once more, move
to the center below the tube by the bon bon.
Resize the bath oil to 50%, paste on the right below the bon bon.
Resize cookie 2 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, paste at the lower right
below the strawberry and flower, duplicate, mirror,
paste below the strawberries and bon bon on the left.
Resize the wordart of choice, I used Love Is.... resize to 50%, paste
at the top, select all, float, defloat, expand by 2, add a new layer, fill with a
dark color, move below the wordart, being on the wordart, merge down with the
dark color, move to the top.
Resize the VDay cards to 25%, free rotate to the right at 25 degrees, mirror,
paste on the left below the bon bon.
Resize the heart bow to 15%, paste on the glass.
Resize heartline to 30%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste at the bottom
below the other elements on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the dragonfly to 20%, free rotate to the left at 25 degrees,
paste at the top under the wordart, duplicate, mirror, move to the right and up
a bit by the wordart.
Resize heart charm to 20%, paste at the bottom above the chocolate.
Resize the heart glitter to 75%, paste being on the top layer, arrange how
you like, erase any that is on her face.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

Then add your copyright and name.
