Font of choice, I used Summer

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste Mask 1, duplicate, merge down, move

to the left, duplicate, move to the right, merge, duplicate again, flip, move to the

bottom, erase the overlap on the sides.

Paste Mask 3 on the upper right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 41 to 85%, paste to the left, click inside with the

magic wand, resize Al el 9 to 85%, paste below the frame, invert, delete.

Resize Al el 31 to 40%, paste on the bottom right below the frame,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize Al el 13 to 30%, paste on the bottom left above the fence.

Resize Al el 90 to 90%, paste above the frame on the right.

Resize tube 2 to 50%, paste above the light house.

Resize Al el 24 to 55%, paste on the right below the fence.

Resize Al el 64 to 65%, paste on the bottom layer on the upper left,

erase some of the part showing past the fence.

Resize Al el 19 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the tube.

Resize Al el 5 to 35%, paste on the pier.

Resize Al el 34 to 30%, paste on the frame on the bottom left below the pier.

Resize element 54 to 105%, flip, paste below the pier, tap on the edge with 

the eraser to get rid of the straight edge.

Resize Al el 44 to 25%, paste at the bottom right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize Al el 42 to 20%, paste at the upper right.

Resize Al el 14 to 20%, mirror, paste at the upper left.

Resize Al el 29 to 20%, paste at the bottom right below the tube.

Resize Al el 46 to 20%, paste on the pier above the tube.

Resize Al el 65 to 12%, paste by the other drink.

Resize Al el 7 to 30%, paste on the right below the flower.

Resize Al el 1 to 25%, paste at the bottom right below the shoes.

Resize Al el 4 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize Al el 57 to 30%, paste at the bottom left above the pier.

Resize Al el 13, 30 and 55 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the books.

Resize Al el 12 to 25%, mirror, paste at the bottom left.

Resize Al el 10 to 25%, mirror, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 59 to 35%, paste on the frame on the left.

Resize Al el 39 to 10%, paste on the string on the sign.

Add any other elements you would like, resize.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
