This tut was written August 6th, 2024 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the awesome tube by © Stella Felice Art

The tube is called Elisabetta

You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Filters

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle 

Font of choice, I used Laughing and Smiling

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 6, apply your mask, move to 

the upper left, duplicate, move to the right, duplicate again move down, erase the

long swirly, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 56 to 85%, paste at the top, click inside the window, 

paste paper 11, invert, delete, keep selected, paste element 95, delete, select none.

Resize element 60 to 60%, paste at the bottom of the window on the left,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 58 to 90%, paste above the flowers.

Resize element 108 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 90, erase the green leaves,

apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 3 numbers on  14, 63, 60, paste below

the paper layer of the window.

Resize element 57 to 35%, apply Mura Meister, first 3 numbers on 14, 60, 60,

move above the first circle.

Resize your tube to 25%, paste above the bicycle.

Resize element 2 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 26 to 25%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 4 to 30%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 32 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube behind

the center little girl, duplicate a couple of times and move one to each side.

Resize element 60 to 45%, paste at the bottom above the flowers, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize element 108 to 40%, paste on the right above the window, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize element 93 to 40%, paste on the right between the 2 flowers,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 51 to 35%, paste at the bottom left below the bicycle, duplicate,

move to the right.

Resize element 73 to 25%, paste at the bottom right below the little girl.

Resize element 18 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 50 to 35%, paste at the bottom left below the 2 girls.

Resize element 75 to 25%, paste on the left on the window.

Resize element 5 to 20%, mirror, paste on the right.

Resize element 20 to 40%, paste at the top on the window.

Resize element 44 to 50%, paste on the right below the bicycle, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 39 to 20%, paste on the left by the basket on the bike.

Resize element 88 to 75%, free rotate to the left at 90, paste on the window on

the right, duplicate, mirror behind the clock.

Rotate element 136 to 90 left or right, paste above the mask on one side,

duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, rotate again to 90, move to the top,

duplicate once more, flip, move to the bottom.

Add any other elements you would like, resize.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
