This tut was written August 18th, 2024 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the beautiful tube by © Verymany

Tube is called Mermaid 19

You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Mask of choice, I used RD Mask 720 HERE

Font of choice, I used River Water

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 5, apply your mask, move

to the left, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Paste element 69,  click inside with the magic wand, resize paper 5 to

70%, paste, invert, delete.

Resize element 2 to 70%, paste on the right above the frame.

Resize element 62 to 110%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 151 to 90%, paste below the frame on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 5 to 25%, paste behind the tube above the castle.

Resize element 13 to 35%, paste at the bottom right above the tube.

Resize element 17 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the sign.

Resize element 3 to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom of the frame on 

the left.

Resize element 4 to 30%, paste at the bottom left above the boat.

Resize element 128 to 15%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 127 to 35%, paste at the upper left above the frame.

Resize element 63 to 55%, paste on the left on the frame below the big fish,

click inside each frame, paste paper 13, invert, delete.

(Optional, if you want to add some fish to each frame, keep selected and 

resize the fish to fit).

Resize element 93 to 25%, paste at the bottom left being on the top layer.

Resize element 101 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the sign.

Resize element 114 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 10 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 16 to 15%, paste on the left by the boat.

Resize element 7 to 15%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 146 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the crab.

Resize element 83 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the little cute creature.

Resize element 82 to 20%, paste on the right at the bottom above the sign.

Resize element 12 to 15%, paste at the bottom left below the crab.

Resize element 118 to 10%, paste at the bottom left, duplicate, move to the right.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
