 This tut was written December 25th, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the awesome artwork of katharine

The tube is "Glass of Wine"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Blantick Script

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 21, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize element 121 to 90%, paste, click inside each frame, expand by 5, paste 

paper 21, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your tube in the center frame, delete, 

keep selected.

Resize your tube to 65%, paste on the right frame, delete, duplicate your tube, 

mirror, paste in the left frame, delete, select none.

Erase the hair from the center tube that is in the other frames, and erase the 

glass showing in the middle frame.

(Optional) Add a fat white gradient with Eye Candy 4000

Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the frame to the right.

Resize element 63 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle first 3 

numbers on 18, 45, 50, move below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate twice,

move one to one side and the other to the other side and both below the center one.

Resize element 63 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate, move to 

the left more to the smaller frame.

Resize element 7 to 50%, paste below the gift that is above the tube.

Resize element 67 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the top gift and move the 

gift on the left below the bow.

Resize element 4 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the bow.

Resize element 23 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the bow above the gift box.

Resize element 20 to 30%, free rotate to the left at 20, paste at the lower left.

Resize element 37 to 25%, paste at the bottom left.

Paste element 22 above the mask layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror, 

add noise to both at 100%, duplicate both, move the left one down to the right and

the right one down to the left.

Resize element 29 to 255, paste at the lower right above the gift, duplicate, 

mirror, move below the mask, duplicate, resize to 75%, move over a little, duplicate, 

mirror, move above the flower.

Resize element 143 to 50%, paste at the lower left, add a fat white gradient glow.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

(Optional)

Once merged before adding the name and copyright, duplicate the tag,

go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, number on 5, change the blend mode to Screen,

 apply the xero filter-Soft Mood twice, changing the first number to 75, merge down.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Add noise at 50%, more if you want.

Paste element img 9 on the mask center and up some, duplicate, change the blend mode to 

Multiply, merge down, duplicate, move to the right and down a little.

Resize element 21 to 90%, paste on the left.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste to the right.

Resize element 32 to 90%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Paste element 36 on the mask layer toward the top, duplicate, move down on

the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 3 to 90%, paste at the bottom above the gift.

Resize element 36 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the star string element.

Resize element flango_cu_chris5 (12) to 25%, paste at the lower right below the tube.

Resize element 16 to 30%, paste behind the stripe gift box.

Resize element 24 to 20%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer, duplicate,

move over a little.

Champagne glass resize to 25%, paste at the lower left.

Resize png 2 the hat to 20%, paste by the shoes.

Resize element 80 to 10%, duplicate several times and paste on the tree that is

behind the tube on the right.

Resize the Happy New Year wordart to 65%, paste to the left above the tube,

put a black background behind it.

Paste png 81 at the bottom on the mask layer, erase the sides sticking out.

Resize element 36 to 20%, paste like it is hanging off the wordart, change the color

go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, clolorize numbers on 22, 103, duplicate, change

the blend mode to Multiply, merge down.

Paste image 2 lights on the tree, below the tube, erase any parts on the right, 

duplicate, move up on the tree, duplicate once more move up, erase all 

on the right side showing past the tube.

New Year Elements_FS Element_Scrap and Tubes (3) mirror, paste below the tube layer

on the tree on the left.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

Resize frame 1 to 75%, paste move up on the left, duplicate, move to the right and down.

Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, keep selected.

Paste your tube in one frame, mirror and paste in the other frame, delete,

select none.

Duplicate the tubes in the frame, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, number on 5,

change the blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer, merge down.

Apply the xero filter-Mistifier

Resize element 6 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle on these numbers,

18, 40, 40, move below the paper layer of the top frame, duplicate,

move down behind the right frame.

Resize your tube to 60%, paste above the frame a little to the right.

Resize element 15 to 60%, paste below the tube on the frame to the left a little.

Resize element 37 to 50%, paste on the left on the frame layer.

Resize element 43 to 50%, paste by the other gifts.

Resize element 33 to 40%, paste above the gifts.

Resize element 6 to 65%, paste at the bottom above the gifts, duplicate, mirror,

 duplicate again, move to the top right above the circle layers.

Resize element 36 to 40%, paste on the right below the greenery, erase the loop at

the top.

Resize element 35 to 50%, paste above the lantern at the lower right.

Being on the top layer now, resize element 34 to 60%, paste at the bottom center.

Resize element 11 to 25%, paste on the upper left on the frame, duplicate, mirror,

move down behind the lantern on the right.

Resize element 25 to 50%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize element 19 nad 20 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the cupcake, duplicate, move

up and over a little.

Resize element 42 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer.

Paste element 2 at the bottom below some of the other elements how you like,

duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

numbers on, 20, 63, 63, move below the paper layer of the frame.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the frame on the left.

Resize element 81 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the left.

Paste element 69 at the bottom under the tube, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 70 to 65%, paste at the bottom under the tube.

Resize element 7 to 30%, paste at the lower right above the tube.

Resize element 21 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube.

Resize element 1 to 35%, paste on the right above the tube.

Resize element 6 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the hat.

Resize element 11 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the bear, duplicate, free 

rotate to the left at 20, paste below the first gingerbread.

Resize element 9 to 15%, paste at the bottom in front of the bear.

Resize element 36 to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 45 to 30%, free rotate to the right at 20, paste on the right below

the greenery.

Resize element 38 and 39 to 20%, paste on the lower right below the greenery,

rotate one 90 degrees, place how you like.

Resize element 18 to 40%, paste between the ornaments at the lower right, duplicate, 

mirror, move back by the other candy cane and down a little.

Resize element 68 to 25%, paste on the wordart sign at the top.

Resize element 15 to 15%, paste on the ribbon, duplicate, resize to 75%, move down.

Resize element 50 to 15%, paste under the heart cookies on the left.

Resize element 47 to 25%, free rotate to the left at 20, paste below the heart cookies.

Resize element 19 to 10%, paste at the lower left below the gingerbread cookies.

Resize element 14 to 20%, paste behind the bear.

Resize element 31 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Duplicate the bells, move below and to the right of the snow globe.

Resize element 28 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 20, paste below the dog layer.

Resize element 41 to 20%, paste below the toy behind the dog, duplicate, move to the

left behind the tube.

Resize element 43 to 25%, paste to the right below the dog, duplicate, move to

Resize element 90 to 50%, erase some at the lower left, paste on the tree behind the

resize paper 3 to 22%, paste, invert, delete, select none.

Resize element 25 to 10%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 3 numbers

on 26, 60, 60, move below the paper layer of the frame.

Resize element 26 to 15%, apply Mura Meister changing the first 3 numbers

to 21, 45, 45, move above the other circle.

Resize your tube to 50%, paste on the frame on the left.

Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on the frame on the right below the tube layer.

Resize element 26 to 17%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 19 to 25%, paste on the left behind the tube, duplicate, resize to 75%,

move to the right below the paper layer of the frame, erase any showing below the

Santa sign.

Duplicate once move, move so it shows in the Santa sign, resize to 75%, erase the bottom

part showing outside the frame.

Resize element 10 to 12%, paste on the Santa sign at the bottom.

Resize element 13 to 10%, paste on the bow, duplicate, mirror, move down a little.

Resize element 24 to 10%, paste on the Candy Cane, duplicate, move to the left 

on the candy cane, duplicate, resize to 90%, move 

 on the tree below the tube, duplicate once more, move down.

Resize element 21 to 20%, paste below the candy cane on the left.

Resize element 12 to 5%, free rotate to the left at 15, paste on top of the tree, duplicate, 

resize to 90%, move to the right on top of the tree.

Resize element 16 to 10%, paste at the bottom below the green branches.

Resize element 17 to 8%, paste at the bottom below the branches, duplicate twice, move 

one to the left and the one on the right move above the branches under the

candy cane.

Resize element 11 and 12 to 15%, paste the brown one between the branches, 

and the red one below the branches.

Resize element 22 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the branches on one side,

duplicate, mirror.

Duplicate element 12 the red heart to 85%, paste on one side below the branches,

duplicate, move to the left.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
