This tut was written December 8th, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey
The tube is "Candy Cane"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 3, delete, merge group.
Resize element 8 to 75%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 4, invert, delete, select none.
Duplicate the paper, change the blend mode to Screen.
Resize element 34 to 60%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first three numbers
at 18, 42, 42, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 49 to 92%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 41 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 3 numbers
22, 60, 64
Resize element 25 to 40%, paste on the bow on the frame.
Resize element 43 to 50%, paste below the candy canes.
Paste your tube below the frame where you like, duplicate, move above the frame,
erasing any parts outside the frame.
Paste element 17 at the bottom right above the mask, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 18 to 45%, paste on the lower left above the frame.
Resize element 16 to 30%, paste at the lower left by the bag, duplicate, move behind
the bag to the left.
Resize element 56 to 50%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 60 to 50%, paste below the top cupcake, duplicate, mirror, move
behind the cup.
Duplicate the one above the bag, apply Mua Meister Copies-Encircle, the first
3 numbers on 20, 55, 55, move to the mask layer.
Resize element 50 to 85%, apply a fat white gradient glow, paste at the bottom being on
the top layer.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste by the cup, duplicate a couple more times, move
below the wordart.
Resize element 15 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the wordart, duplicate, move
over a little, duplicate again, move over by the cup.
Resize element 67 to 30%, paste on the left below the top cupcake.
Resize element 41 to 50%, paste on the left below the second cupcake, duplicate,
mirror, move below the cup on the right.
Resize element 54 to 85%, flip, paste at the bottom above the mask layer.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, resize, sharpen.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
