FTU Christmas is Golden

 

This tut was written December 10th, 2021 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the awesome artwork of Zlata_M

The tube is "New Year Time"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Font of choice, I used Base: Christmas

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 5, delete, merge group.

Mirror the mask.

Resize element 78 to 65%, paste and move up on the right.

Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 5, move to the lightest 

part, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your close up tube, delete, select none.

Resize element 20 to 90%, paste to the left on the frame, add noise at 

50%, sharpen.

I added this color drop Shadow #cdab4f.

Resize your tube to 75%, paste on the left above the tree layer.

Resize element 76 to 30%, paste behind the tube on the left.

Resize element 8 to 50%, paste above the tube and down a little.

Resize element 21 to 40%, mirror, paste at the bottom below the Santa.

Resize element 75 to 15%, paste on the deer.

Resize element 49 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 90, paste above the tube at the bottom.

Erase the string and loop.

Resize element 36 to 70%, paste below the paper layer of the frame, adjust.

Resize element 18 to 40%, paste on the left below the gift.

Resize element 73 to 10%, paste at the bottom by the Santa, duplicate, move over.

Go to the gift behind the tube at the left, duplicate, bring to the top layer, resize to 

35%, place by the other gifts.

Resize element 26 to 50%, paste on the right below the deer, duplicate, move above the

Santa layer, resize to 40%.

Resize element 24 to 50%, paste on the right above the frame.

Resize element 32 to 30%, flip. move below the candle and down so a little of

the greenery shows. Duplicate, mirror, move below the gift box on the left.

Resize element 48 to 15%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize element 68 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 69 to 50%, paste at the lower left.

Paste element 6 being on the top layer.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
