This tut was written March 22nd, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Tube is Judith

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Mask of Choice, I used Miz teeque's Mask 56 HERE

Font of choice, I used Kylets

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, Black or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 14, apply your mask.

Resize element 60 to 50%, pasteup on the left, duplicate, move over and down.

Click inside each frame, expand by 5, paste paper 22, invert, delete,

keep selected, 

resize your tube to 75%, paste in one frame, duplicate, mirror.

Duplicate the tubes, go to Adjust, blur, Gaussian blur, number on 5,

change the blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer, merge down.

Resize element 72 to 50%, paste below the paper layer of the left frame,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 67 to 30%, paste at the top below the flower on the left,

duplicate, move over a little and below the balloons, duplicate once more,

mirror, move below the balloons.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste above the frames.

Resize element 29 to 50%, paste on the right behind the frame.

Resize element 10 to 40%, paste behind the heart balloons, duplicate, move

over a bit.

Paste element 52 on the balloons.

Mirror element 31, paste above the balloons, duplicate, mirror, move down on

the right more.

Resize element 129 to 50%, paste behind the tube on the left.

Resize element 28 to 25%, paste below the tube on the left above the flowers.

Resize element 85, 90, and 99 to 20%, paste on the left below the gift box.

Resize element 62 to 25%, paste on the bottom of the frame on the right

behind the tube.

Resize element 79 to 20%, paste on the left above the bottles.

Resize element 93 to 30%, paste on the left below the leg of the tube.

Resize element 106 to 25%, paste on the left above the flower.

Resize element 128 to 20%, paste below the tube and cake.

Resize element 82 to 20%, paste on the right behind the tube.

Resize element 70 to 25%, paste on the right on the frame below the flowers, 

rotate to the right at 35.

Resize element 101 to 25%, paste on the right above the flowers and down 

a bit.

Resize element 114 to 25%, paste above the cake on the left.

Resize element 3 to 15%, paste below the flower.

Resize element 92 to 20%, paste above the flower by the cake.

Resize element 127 to 20%, paste below the dessert.

Resize element 87 to 15%, paste at the lower right above the foot of the tube.

Resize elements 1, 4, and 5 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 83 to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 77 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 120 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 84 to 10%, paste at the bottom, duplicate, move over a little.

Resize element 76 to 15%, paste at the bottom left, duplicate, mirror, move

back by the first shoe.

Paste element 63 behind the tube.

Resize element 53 to 50%, paste where you like, duplicate once or twice.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
