 This tut was written March 17th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Filters

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of choice, I used My Homely

Drop shadow is V -1 H -3, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, duplicate,

merge down, duplicate, mirror, adjust to fit your tag.

Resize element 57 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 

3 numbers on 14, 55, 55.

Resize element 121 to 25%, apply Mura Meister changing the first 3 numbers

to 18, 56, 56, move below the pink circle.

Duplicate the pink circle flowers, resize larger to 110%, move below the 

green circle layer.

Resize element 118 to 50%, paste on the left and up, duplicate, resize smaller to

75%, mirror, move down a little.

Resize element 104 to 75%, paste below the yellow flowers toward the top.

Resize your tube to 20%, paste above the flowers.

Resize element 5 to 50%, paste at the bottom right above the tube.

Resize element 53 to 35%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 3 to 35%, paste on the right above the house, duplicate, mirror,

move up a little.

Resize element 60 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the wagon to the right,

duplicate 3 more times and keep moving each one more and more to the left.

Resize element 1 to 30%, paste on the left below the pink flowers.

Resize element 126 to 30%, paste at the lower left.

Resize element 95 to 8%, place on the paw of the rabbit.

Resize element 7 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the rabbit.

Resize element 61 to 15%, mirror, paste at the lower left.

Resize element 35 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the eggs, duplicate, move to 

the right above the rabbit, duplicate again, move below the rabbit.

Resize element 103 to 15%, paste at the lower right above the wagon behind the 

daisy flower.

Resize element 87 to 40%, paste on the left below the cake, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 98 to 10%, paste on a flower, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 46 to 60%, free rotate to the left at 20, paste at the upper left, add

a fat white gradient glow.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
