PTU St. Patrick's Day

  

This tut was written March 5th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the awesome artwork of ©Verymany

Tube is called St Patrick's Day 7

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Filters

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of choice, I used Kylets

Drop shadow is V -1 H -3, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Resize element 67 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees, click inside 

with the magic wand, expand by 5, resize element paper 30 to 50%, paste, invert,

delete, select none, merge frame down with the paper, duplicate, mirror, move

down more on the right.

Paste element 84 at the bottom.

Paste element 77 at the bottom left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize element 6 to 20%, apply Mura Meister Copies-encircle, first 3 numbers 

on 14, 50, 50 move to the upper left behind the frame, duplicate, move down 

on the right behind the frame.

Resize element 54 to 25%, paste on the left above the frame layers.

Resize element 36 to 20%, paste at the top below the frame, duplicate, move above

the frame and down a little.

Resize your tube to 35%, paste to the left and above the clover layer at the bottom.

Resize element 73 to 30%, paste behind the tube above the frames.

Resize element 25 to 30%, paste at the bottom right below the clover layer, duplicate, 

mirror, move above the clock on the left.

Resize element 43 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 32 to 15%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 19 to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 18 to 15%, paste on the left below the chest.

Resize element 41 to 15%, paste on the left behind the tube.

Resize element 86 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 79 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the pot, duplicate, move to the

right and behind the pot.

Resize element 81 to 10%, paste at the bottom above the pot, duplicate a couple 

of times and move where you like.

Resize element 20 to 12%, paste at the bottom right above the coins, duplicate, 

mirror, move back to the right below the coins.

Resize element 26 to 10%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize element 91 to 60%, paste on the left below the clock.

Resize element 46 to 15%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize element 75 to 60%, paste at the top below the frames, duplicate, move to 

the left below the balloons.

Paste element 83 toward the bottom, change the blend mode to Overlay.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
