This tut was written Sept 23rd, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Jennifer Janesko
The tube is called "120-3"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open the cluster, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate, close
the original frame.
Resize the frame to 23%, click inside the frame with your magic wand several
times, expand by 4, add a new layer, fill with a color of choice, I used #bc7301,
keep selected, mirror your tube, paste, delete, select none.
Before duplicating the frame, take your free hand, draw around the wordart,
copy and paste as a new image to use later on the sig tag and avator.
Duplicate your frame, change the blend mode to Overlay, merge down.
Paste your tube below the paper layer of the frame to the left, apply the
WSL_Mask371 to the tube, delete, merge group.
Change the blend mode to Screen or one you prefer, merge visible.
Signature tag size 600 x 200 or one you prefer.
Fill with the foreground color #b66b01.
Copy the tag and move to one side, so the face of the tube shows,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, center on top of the other two.
Copy the wordart and paste on the right, duplicate, move to the lower left, add
a color drop shadow of choice. If you want it to show more, duplicate each
wordart and merge down.
Frame of choice, I used AAA Frames-Foto Frame with the width on 3 and
everything else left as is.
Ava a size of choice, mine is 180 x 180
Fill with the same color as before.
Copy your signature tag and move so just the flowers shows with the wordart.
Same frame as before.

Add a new layer, fill with a color of choice.
You can either do each color or make a gradient with the two colors.
Gradient, Linear, 45 angle, repeat 6 using the colors below.

Foreground #b66b01, Background #100c01, apply the background color first,
apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Add a new layer and fill with your foreground color, apply your RD mask, delete,
merge group.
Adjust so the darker color shows a bit more.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background used,
crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Resize your tag first, then add your copyright and name.
