Font of choice, I used Script MT Bold
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize frame 5 to 90%, paste, click inside, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete,
keep selected, resize element 3 to 45%, paste inside the frame, delete, merge paper,
building and frame together, crop tag first, then duplicate, move down to the left
and below the top frame.
Resize element 10 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 20, paste on the top frame, duplicate, move to the lower frame and below
the top frame.
Paste element 9 on the frame off center to the left.
Resize element 42 to 90%, paste above the castle to the left, duplicate, resize
to 75%, move down.
Paste element 31 to the left above the trees.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste at the bottom above the car to the right a bit.
Resize element 11 to 50%, paste on the right below the car element and up,
duplicate, move above the car and down and a little behind the tube.
Paste element 30 at the bottom below the tube to the right, duplicate, mirror,
erase the part overlapping the rock on the right.
Resize element 29 to 50%, paste on the lower left behind the rock,
duplicate, mirror, move to the right below the car.
Resize element 33 to 75%, paste below the trees.
Resize element 37 to 40%, paste under the tube, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 59 to 35%, paste at the lower left below the tube.
Resize element 14 to 35%, paste to the right below the car.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the blue plant, duplicate, mirror,
move below the blue flowers, duplicate again, mirror, move between the rocks
under the tube.
Resize element 15 to 25%, paste at the lower left below the blue flowers.
Resize element 57 to 25%, mirror, paste at the lower right below the tube layer.
Go back to one of the green leaves, duplicate, move to the right and below
the snake/lizard.
Resize element 56 to 30%, paste on the tree at the upper left.
Resize element 1 to 60%, apply a gradient glow, fat white, paste where you like.
Resize element 54 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the green leaves.
Paste element 4 on the mask layer to the right so a little of the leaves shows,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize frame 5 to 90%, paste, click inside, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete,
keep selected, resize element 3 to 45%, paste inside the frame, delete, merge paper,
building and frame together, crop tag first, then duplicate, move down to the left
and below the top frame.
Resize element 10 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 20, paste on the top frame, duplicate, move to the lower frame and below
the top frame.

Resize element 37 to 40%, paste under the tube, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 59 to 35%, paste at the lower left below the tube.
Resize element 14 to 35%, paste to the right below the car.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the blue plant, duplicate, mirror,
move below the blue flowers, duplicate again, mirror, move between the rocks
under the tube.
Resize element 15 to 25%, paste at the lower left below the blue flowers.
Resize element 57 to 25%, mirror, paste at the lower right below the tube layer.
Go back to one of the green leaves, duplicate, move to the right and below
the snake/lizard.
Resize element 56 to 30%, paste on the tree at the upper left.
Resize element 1 to 60%, apply a gradient glow, fat white, paste where you like.
Resize element 54 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the green leaves.
Paste element 4 on the mask layer to the right so a little of the leaves shows,
duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
