This tut was written Sept 6th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Misticheskaya
The tube is "Maureen"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 45, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 83 to 65%, paste at the lower left, duplicate a couple of
times, mirror one, move one to the center.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the blocks.
Resize element 147 to 75%, paste below the blocks on the left behind the tube.
Paste element 146 behind the tube to the right, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, keep selected,
paste your close up, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light or one you prefer.
Paste element 12 on the mask layer to the left, duplicate, move to the right.
Paste element 53 behind the tube a little to the right of it.
Resize element 48 to 65%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Paste element 52 above the building on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 111 on the right on the frame.
Paste element 24 at the top below the tube layer.
Resize element 41 to 30%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 62 to 40%, paste at the bottom a little off center.
Resize element 151 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the skull candles.
Resize element 44 to 40%, mirror, paste at the lower right above the books.
Resize element 37 to 40%, paste on the books.
Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on top of the books behind the crow.
Paste element 39 at the bottom above the blocks to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 68 to 70%, mirror, paste on the left above the blocks behind the
little girl.
Paste element 86 behind the tube down on the left some, duplicate, move to
the upper right.
Resize element 83 to 65%, paste at the lower left, duplicate a couple of
times, mirror one, move one to the center.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the blocks.
Resize element 147 to 75%, paste below the blocks on the left behind the tube.
Paste element 146 behind the tube to the right, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, keep selected,
paste your close up, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light or one you prefer.
Paste element 12 on the mask layer to the left, duplicate, move to the right.
Paste element 53 behind the tube a little to the right of it.
Resize element 48 to 65%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Paste element 52 above the building on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 111 on the right on the frame.
Paste element 24 at the top below the tube layer.
Resize element 41 to 30%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 62 to 40%, paste at the bottom a little off center.
Resize element 151 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the skull candles.
Resize element 44 to 40%, mirror, paste at the lower right above the books.
Resize element 37 to 40%, paste on the books.
Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on top of the books behind the crow.
Paste element 39 at the bottom above the blocks to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 68 to 70%, mirror, paste on the left above the blocks behind the
little girl.
Paste element 86 behind the tube down on the left some, duplicate, move to
the upper right.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
